Customer Review Summary
Dim sum is the main draw at this Ealing Cantonese restaurant, with reviewers singling out the deep-fried varieties, XO sauce radish cake, prawn and scallop dumplings, and cha siu cheung fun. Close behind are the generous portions, with one diner taking home leftover peppered lamb and others praising the crispy pork belly, xiao long bao and a refreshing jellyfish salad. Prawn toast comes up more than once, and one reviewer mentions good vegetarian options and a set menu described as great value. Service is mostly called friendly and attentive, and one group celebrating a birthday felt well looked after. The caveats are specific. One reviewer found the server cold and unresponsive even after the table complimented the food, and another thought the fried rice and Malaysian ho fun were bland and lacked wok flavour. The meatballs were also called homogeneous and disappointing. One diner got a table at a busy weekend dim sum session without a reservation, and several say they plan to return.

“I found bugs all over my bowl of wonton noodles—possibly baby cockroaches. The restaurant refused to communicate or resolve the issue.”

“Had a group lunch overall is good. Dim sum is much better thank dishes. XO sauce radish cake is awesome, Siu Mai is decent, Bean Curd Skin Roll, Har Gow, Steamed Chicken Feet and Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce are good. Fried rice and Malaysian ho fun are a bit blend and no wok ke (鑊氣) Service is nice, will try more dim sum next time!”

“Wonderous! I got xiao long bao, crispy pork belly, egg fried rice and the star of the show… jellyfish!! Fab portion sizes, the jellyfish salad was so refreshing. I went during lunch so it was quiet and the staff were fully attentive.”

“I visited this restaurant in Ealing for the first time for my birthday last night. Lovely spacious restaurant, friendly, helpful staff and delicious food, served piping hot. I had peppered lamb and chicken. Prawn toast for starter. Very generous portions, I had to take mine home. Tasty and flavourful. Very centrally located. Lots of transport links within easy walking distance”

“Came here for dim sum in the weekend. Quite busy but managed to get a table without a reservation. Service and ambience was good. We got the prawns and scallop dumplings, prawn and spinach dumpling, prawn cheung fun, sesame prawn toast, salt and pepper squid and seafood noodles. All were great and we would definitely recommend.”
