  “I've been wanting to try Dragon Inn for a long time now after seeing all the Insta posts about the #Gluten Free options. They only open for dinner which is a shame. I finally went on a Saturday and luckily being match day it was really quiet. My only complaint is that no water was served as soon as we sat down. Being a really hot day it would have been nice to have had water as soon as we sat. Also we were given the food menu and not the drinks menu. The Manager / owner though was excellent and very helpful as I had called earlier about the #Gluten Free Menu. He said though nothing was marked #Gluten Free most things except dim sum and breaded items could be Gluten Free. We ordered the SZECHUAN CORIANDER KING PRAWNS IN A SPICY TOMATO SAUCE which was really tasty though not an authentic Chinese dish. For the mains we had the Beef with ginger and spring onions and SZECHUAN CRISPY AROMATIC DUCK which were both extremely flavourful and well cooked. The meat was tender and juicy and went well with the the special fried rice. I will definitely go back to try the other dishes. Overall great food and good value for money. The prawn Crackers pleasantly were #Gluten Free. The Manager said that nearly 50% of their tables at any time are Gluten Free which was very comforting to hear.”

  “I could not recommend this place more, I’m a coeliac and haven’t been able to eat a Chinese in over 2 years so I was super excited. The food and service was out of this world. They were soo knowledgeable on the whole menu and were really helpful when ordering. My partner who isn’t gluten free, couldn’t tell the difference. Cannot wait to go back, if you haven’t tried it, you need to!”

  “It's nice to go to a restaurant where they fill up your water glass when you're close to finishing and place your serviette on your lap. The Dragon Inn is on the prices side compared to other Chinese restaurants but you get what you pay for and the food is absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend and to book for popular evenings (Friday night etc) we ordered so many delicious starters we didn't get to a main course. Will try again next time.”
