  “Stopped in while visiting the area after noting their unusual dishes. We enjoyed two mains steamed in banana leaves—both the fish and mutton were well prepared and delicious, with a wonderful balance of spices, as well as a few sides. We enjoyed our conversation with the owner, in particular his passion for cooking, nourishing and sharing experiences with others. We highly recommend this restaurant, a unique experience from the many Indian restaurants we’ve enjoyed before.”

  “We visited United Kochi Restaurant yesterday after seeing and hearing so many great things about it on Instagram, and honestly, this place did not disappoint! ❤️ We absolutely loved the food. The beef roast was absolutely banging — so tasty and full of flavour! 🤤 Everything we ordered was delicious, and you could really tell that a lot of care goes into the food. What made the experience even better was how friendly, warm and welcoming the owner and staff were. Such a lovely atmosphere and amazing hospitality. ❤️ We’ll definitely be going back again soon! Highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven’t already. 👌🍽️”

  “I’ve now visited twice—once for a work summer meal and most recently for a date—and both experiences have been fantastic. Thank you for last night, Gigi. The food was amazing, and you and the team were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Joseph looked after us brilliantly and really helped make the evening special. My date and I had a great time from start to finish. I’d also like to mention that when I came with my colleagues for our work summer meal, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food and had a wonderful evening.   “The ambience is wonderful, and the food is very tasty, just like homemade. It captures authentic Kerala flavours and aromas, making us feel as if we've returned home. Thank you, guys, for serving us delicious food. You showed us how to treat customers like kings. We ordered there, Meen pollichath, Chicken dum Biriyani, Mutton kizhi Biriyani, and porotta, which were yummm. Our starters were beef cutlets, and Mango lassi was yummy.”

  “I was really surprised to find such authentic Kerala food in a small town! United Kochi is a wonderful restaurant with delicious and flavorful food that truly gives the taste of Kerala. The owner, Gigi, is such a nice and friendly person who makes customers feel very welcome. The restaurant has plenty of different seating options, creating a comfortable atmosphere for families and groups. They offer a wide variety of food choices, and everything we tried was tasty and freshly prepared. The quality and quantity of the food were both excellent and worth the price. The restaurant was neat and clean, and the staff were polite, well behaved, and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Kerala cuisine!”

  “We had a really lovely experience at this authentic Kerala restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavours, and the portions were very generous as well. What stood out was the attention to detail in everything — the presentation of the food, the plates, cutlery, and overall table setup were all done very thoughtfully and added to the experience beautifully. The staff and hosts were extremely warm and friendly. They came over to chat with us, made us feel very welcome, and added such a personal touch to the whole experience. We all had a very good time there. Would definitely visit again.”

  “United Kochi in Highworth is easily one of the most authentic Malayali restaurants we’ve visited. Every dish was packed with flavour and clearly prepared with great care and attention to detail. We ordered the Kochi Chicken Fry, which was perfectly spiced, crispy, and absolutely delicious. We also tried the Kizhi Chicken Biryani and the Kizhi Chicken Parotta; both were incredibly flavourful, rich, and wonderfully authentic. The portion sizes are exceptionally generous and satisfyingly substantial, offering excellent value. We also had the pleasure of speaking to the owner, who spoke with a genuine passion about his dedication to presenting food at its finest. That dedication truly shines through in every dish. Highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for genuine, delicious Malayali cuisine.”
