“I would never go back , just had a piece of fish which was all batter , the cook most of noticed the fish was far to thin to cook , if she didn’t then she shouldn’t be cooking , and the staff didn’t even smile or take any notice of there customers.”

“Tried to walk in at 5, the door was still locked. The two girls behind the counter looked miserable as I was let in and clearly moaned to each other. They were rude, arrogant and both had faces on them - I’d wondered what I’d done wrong. The people after me that didn’t pre order were served before me. Only went to get my sick friend a vegan chippy tea, over the other side of town and was faced with these girls. Shocking, I’m amazed they have a customers with their customer service. Won’t make the effort next time.”

“Actually cannot believe the service I have just received. After 20mins+ of waiting for fish and chips in an empty shop. I get an angry response for chasing it up because I have an uber waiting. The fish (very small portion) was then literally thrown into a tray and the server couldn’t have been more rude. Got home, very late, and the food was no where near the standard you would expect (horrible and greasy and a tiny portion). Shocking service and shocking food, extortionate price, and even worse service. Will never return here! Cannot remember a worse experience!”
