Quick info
About Three Trees Farm Shop & Cafe
Three Trees Farm Shop & Cafe in Swindon pairs a table-service cafe with a farm shop that has its own butcher's counter, bakery and deli. The deli sells shop-made sausage rolls, and the shelves carry fresh produce and local cheeses, including cave-aged cheddar, so the cafe visit and the food shopping happen under one roof. In the cafe, staff seat you and take your order, and the kitchen serves a full English breakfast that it will adjust on request. The cafe takes walk-ins. Checkout runs through a single till, and bills are settled there rather than at the table. The shop keeps trading after the cafe has closed for the day.

Customer Review Summary
Breakfast is the main draw, with reviewers praising a full English that the kitchen adjusted to suit a request for scrambled eggs and no bacon, perfectly poached eggs, and a bacon sandwich described as yummy. Close behind are the Sunday roast, with a chicken dinner and a vegetarian option mentioned, and a Welsh rarebit one diner calls a flavor punch. The farm shop also earns repeat praise, particularly the butcher's counter, bakery, cave-aged cheddar, and deli sausage rolls and Scotch eggs, and several reviewers describe the staff as friendly and helpful. Price is the recurring complaint: breakfast is called slightly expensive, a bacon sandwich a little pricey, and one diner says a larger breakfast upgrade with a juice and coffee came to a very expensive total, though most say the quality justifies it. Busy weekends slow food and drink service, and one reviewer queued at the single till because the table can't take payment. Another reviewer's cappuccino arrived mostly froth, with the coffee barely covering a teaspoon. Reviewers also say they were told to book for Sunday lunches, and one child's lunchbox arrived with a thick farmhouse ham sandwich.

“Stopped on our way towards Wales. Easy access off junction 15 of the M4 . Big car park and lovely farm shop with butcher, bakery and fresh produce. The cafe is modern and spacious with very attentive staff. We had a bacon sandwich which was yummy but a little on the expensive side. That said, will definitely be back!!”

“What a wonderful place! Been wanting a full English breakfast for so long so a birthday celebration felt like the perfect occasion to treat ourselves. Well I’m very glad I picked the three trees, food was absolutely delicious, they were happy to make the changes to the breakfast as I prefer scrambled eggs and don’t eat bacon. Drinks were amazing too, you can tell everyone wants you to have the best experience possible when visiting. Highly recommend.”

“This is a super popular place for breakfast, which means it is very busy, especially on the weekend, which slows down food and drink service. The perfectly poached eggs were definitely worth the wait, but with only one till for checkout and no ability to pay at the table, we queued to settle the bill. Indoor and outdoor seating and dishes to suit all diets. Child friendly.”

“Farm fresh food that fills your belly and heart. Wonderful food. The Sunday roast looked great, but I went for the Welshire Welsh Rarebit. What a flavor punch!”
