Customer Review Summary

Reviewers most often come for the small breakfast, praising the fresh, hot plates with bacon and sausage, and a bacon, Brie and cranberry panini gets a mention too. Close behind is the hot chocolate, including the luxe version, which a few call delicious. Others single out a Bueno milkshake, lemon cake, iced coffee and a lovely coffee roast, plus baked treats. Afternoon tea also features, with one group celebrating a baby shower and another a 50th birthday tea. Staff and owners are described as friendly and welcoming, with nothing too much trouble. The space is called quirky and relaxing, with a covered outdoor area and a small section of children's toys and books. A couple of reviewers note that breakfast arrived quickly and hot even with just one person working the floor, and one says an owner sat down at their table to chat about her regulars.

“Such a beautiful place to eat and catch up with friends/family, or to sit and chill on your own. From the moment my friend and I walked in we had a friendly greeting from the 2 owners. Lovely tables offering pretty surroundings and comfort. Great menu - we had a small all day breakfast (gorgeous bacon and sausage) and a bacon, Brie & cranberry panini. We also had coffee which was a lovely roast. The bathroom was cute and scrupulously clean with the sweetest note about free sanitary products in case you get caught out. One of the owners came over to chat with us and showed us a picture that one of their regulars had created for them - a gorgeous pink rose. She chatted about her regulars and you could see & hear how much she loved her cafe and the people. This love came through in everything they did and delivered. Highly recommend a visit to Ninety Six, you won’t be disappointed. BTW there’s the cutest little covered outdoor area too ❤️❤️”

“Absolutely spot on all round! I had a small breakfast, everything tasted fresh, good quality and cooked to perfection. The lady service me and my wife said it was just her working, she apologised for the wait for the food, there was no wait at all (no need to apologise at all). Amazing service, friendly atmosphere and extremely welcoming. I would visit this cafe again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!!”

“Had an amazing experience here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. I was waiting for a meeting and decided to stop by to relax, and I'm so glad I did. The hot chocolate and lemon cake were absolutely delicious, and to top it all off, I even received a compliment on my perfume 😊😍. It genuinely made my day! I'll definitely be visiting again the next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!”
