Customer Review Summary
Friendly, welcoming staff are the draw reviewers raise most. Several describe a server who made visits with children easy, and one recounts staff lending a phone charger and offering a cup of water. Close behind is the drink list. Two reviewers rave about the matcha, one contrasting it with bitter versions elsewhere, and others praise the iced coffees, a pineapple and raspberry lemonade, and a kinder bueno latte. Baked goods draw comment too, including coffee and walnut cake, cookie pie and rocky road, alongside loaded breakfast on toast and garlic mushrooms on toast. Reviewers also mention vegan options and choices for allergies, and one describes a running group that ends with coffee and cookies. Criticism is mild. One found the tiramisu blondie only ok, another wanted fudgier brownies, and one notes it can be busy at popular times. One pair found the cookie pie and rocky road so large they asked for a bag to take half home.

“I’ve been in town for 2 weeks now and when I found this little gem on a walk, it was fantastic ! I would give it more than a 5 start if I could! Exceeded my expectations as an American and the options for allergies are incredible ! Will recommend coming here with everyone! Kids partner friends and family! The staff are absolutely amazing as well !”

“Just popped in and had the nicest matcha! Honestly next level. I’ve had so many almost un drinkable ones elsewhere. For anyone that has had bitter matcha elsewhere, they need to come here! Also lovely atmosphere and the girl serving was super friendly”

“I came here a couple of days ago because my iPhone ran out of batteries and the workers let me borrow their charger. The customer service is amazing, and they treat their customers very well! I was also offered a cup of water while waiting for my iPhone to charge. They were very sweet!”

“Stunning little cafe that feels bright, joyful yet still very modern and clean. The decoration, cutlery and crockery all makes you feel special. Super friendly staff, very welcoming. They even have a running group on Thursday evenings at 7:30 where all abilities join in for a 30 min run/jog/walk. Great variety of drinks that change with the seasons. Usually at least 4 vegan options on the baked treats. Tends to include brownies, cookie pies and pastries. They aren’t super fudgy brownies (which are my preference) so I go for another option which have all been tasty! Can be busy at popular times, but it just shows it’s worth a visit!”

“Amazing from start to finish! Friendly polite staff, particularly Amber.clean and welcoming decor. Food was delicious. We had loaded breakfast on toast and garlic mushrooms on toast. Both couldn't have been better. The kinder bueno latte was stunning also. Cake wise.... loads of choices we had a cookie pie and rocky road, both huge, so big that we got a bag to bring half home. We'll be back to try one of everything!!”
