Customer Review Summary
Cakes lead the praise at this community cafe attached to a library. Reviewers name a huge piece of biscoff cake, unbelievable homemade cakes and tray bakes from local bakers, and a millionaire brownie one child is still raving about. Close behind are freshly cooked meals, including hot English breakfasts, rolls with gluten free bread offered, and a kid's lunch with a cheese sandwich whose bread earned special praise. Milkshakes and a dragonfruit and mango drink also get mentioned. Coffee is called good, and one reviewer singles out the wide choice of alternative milks. Staff are described as friendly, welcoming and cheerful, and several mention reasonable prices, a welcome for dogs, and shelves of local crafters' goods. One reviewer says there is not much parking nearby because the spaces are shared with local shops, though another found parking easy. One reviewer hired the space for a baby shower, and the team catered to dietary needs without any issue.

“A cafe in a library? What is there not to like? Friendly staff and regulars, good coffee ( I'm not enough of a conneiseur to know a great coffee), lovely selection of cakes, reasonable prices and easy parking. Came here after running the local parkrun, and it was the perfect recovery.”

“Thank you so much Natalie for the exceptional service and delicious food today. We ordered 2 English Breakfasts which were freshly made, hot and tasted great. The cafe had a great atmosphere and was very clean and tidy. Natalie was really friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Natalie!”

“Incredible little cafe! Great selection of alternative milks and when we saw them serving at swindon card show, they were very accommodating when it came to alternative milks (as i can’t have oat milk that is often standard!).”

“Lovely little place. Very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be going back if in the area. Had to take half home as it was too much for me personally but I can't eat much.”
