  “Never had a issue with lotties till today I bought 1 bacon roll for my partner and a bacon and egg for myself when I got home I was shocked that my bacon and egg roll had only 1 piece of bacon in and a very small egg and still charged £7 for it!!! I’m disgusted by this I know everyone is trying to make money but doing this to customers is not acceptable I will no longer be using lotties after this experience”

  “I recently ordered a breakfast baget from them for delivery, what I received was not woth the money that I had payed for it considering there are other places in the area that are similar prices and you get more, Disappointed for a local place”

  “Called in early this morning (before the cafe had actually opened) on the off chance of finding somewhere to wait for another local business to open. Only wanted a coffee, but that was no problem at all to very welcoming and friendly proprietors. I really couldn't fault the place for cleanliness, service, or hospitality and I will definitely be using it again when I am across that way.”

  “The food is more stars however the Man that delivers has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They make mistakes all the time and you are made to feel that it's your own fault. They will never apologise for any of their mistakes, I'm not sure he knows what an apology is. We understand mistakes happen, that's fine but an apology goes a long way. He throws the food at you as if we are inconveniencing his whole day! I've had enough abuse. I will find somewhere else to eat with someone that appreciates our custom.”
