  “I don't know why there are so many 1 star reviews. I disagree with nearly all of them. There is a seating area with about 4 seats and a table that I ate at whilst my family ate at the pizza place just opposite. I can't sympathise with any of the comments about the poor quality of food and I can't say anything about delivery as I ate in. I got a burger and chips with a soda and milkshake for 10.95. I know I said £10 but I didn't need the milkshake. The only thing I would say as advice to improve, not as negatives as much as pointers. If your dealing with people's food, wear a hair cover and gloves. Apart from that, fix the TVs and it was a lovely place with lovely food and lovely people.”

  “Absolutely appalling experience at Timmy's. We visited yesterday at around 8:18pm and didn't leave until after 9:30pm. The entire place was an absolute shambles, and it was obvious there was no effective management on site although this was confirmed by a staff member. The staff appeared overwhelmed, yet online orders continued to be accepted instead of being paused, creating even more pressure. Orders were left sitting on the hot counter for long periods, while others were left on the side waiting. Our own order had to be completely remade because it had been sitting so long that it had gone stale and we refused to take it! What concerned me most was the apparent lack of basic food hygiene. I saw staff preparing food after repeatedly touching and scratching their hair and beard without what appeared to be appropriate hair coverings. Staff on phones in-between this all this and at one point one recording food being prepared rather than supporting carnage! I also witnessed a member of staff break open a chicken strip with his bare hands straight from the fryer in front of customers to check whether it was cooked inside. At one point, I even commented that Environmental Health would have a field day in there, and a member of staff agreed with me. That only reinforced how concerning the situation appeared. The atmosphere behind the counter was just as concerning. Staff were swearing at one another, and I witnessed one employee speaking so aggressively to a young female colleague that she was left physically crying while trying to work under pressure. No one should have to experience that in their workplace. This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. Between the excessive wait, poor organisation, the hygiene concerns I witnessed, and the way staff were treated, I certainly won't be returning. I sincerely hope the owners take these issues seriously because, based on what I observed, significant improvements are needed!!!!”

  “Staff are all lovley and food always comes out to perfection, the milkshakes are absolutely amazing with a large variety. Love getting after a night out or a film night in with mates. There really is something for everyone. Plus delivery is always quick and handled with care”
