  “Tonight I rang pisces On the answerphone they had an automated message No phone orders due to a high demand of customers not collecting orders I like to call and collect as this suits me due to circumstances So I decided to go online We have gluten free So our bill is around £20 For 2 x chickens 1 x large chips and 1 x large peas Online it showed 1 x chicken £17.50 The order was over £40 And this was a collection price I think your making a big mistake with this option I always paid cash A quick phone call and I always collected I can't waste my time walking in and finding out there no gluten free fish or chicken I canr even call to find out before ordering Im very disappointed As the staff and food is very good But I'm going to have to go to another chipshop who does answer the phone and took my order I dont want to deal with uber or just eats I actually like to chat to a human being Not sure how many customers your going to lose”

  “Ive just had a delivery of southern fried chicken and chips. The food is amazing i could taste the vinegar for the first time in ages and the coating on the sfc is gorgeous....i shall deffo be ordering again 💞”

  “I love on the estate and been to them for countless of years. First thing the prices are absolutely scandalous!!! The chips are anemic and dry (tasteless) every time I buy something it needs to be re heated at home (3 minutes away). This chip shop has gone downhill in terms of food quality but the prices are going up monthly (greedy profits). Sadly I won't go to them anymore”

  “Been coming here for years now, best chippy in Stoke! Food is amazing, one of the few places that have gluten free too. Staff are always really pleasant. Would highly recommend to anyone!”

  “Just picked up 2 gluten free medium fish. Have been using the place for many years and have always been well satisfied with the quality of the food. However tonight, the fish was overcooked, dry and the batter so brown, brittle and inedible. Not very appetising. New staff???? Don't know, but now an expensive! Poor experience.”

  “Prices are more than your average chip shop. Chips were white and tasteless. Offal pudding was a soggy mess. The gravy was full of nasty jelly bits like it's been warned up several times. Plenty of other chip shops about without having to use this one again.”

  “Fabulous place. Good quality food and excellent value for money. Very clean premises and the staff are always friendly and polite. 100% recommend this chippy.”
