Customer Review Summary
The praise is narrower. One family called it the best parmo in a long time, and when drinks and garlic dips were missing, the shop sent a driver out with them. Another found the curry sauce nice and the service quick and polite.

“Used to be the best chippy in Norton but noticed the last few months quality seems to be declining. The last couple of times chips have been dry and more scraps than anything, and the battered sausage wasn’t particularly great either. Shame really, but plenty of other chippies in Norton that offer better quality fish & chips. Delivery can be hit and miss too, sometimes it comes really quickly and other times you’re waiting up to 2 hours!”

“Fish and chips & curry sauce. Disappointed. Cod was dry and chips were mainly scraps. Fair portions. Curry sauce was nice. Served quickly and politely.”

“Ordered a parmo and fish and chips yesterday , my parmo turned up destroyed and it tasted disgusting. Fish and chips was just soggy and overly greasy . Not one to complain normally but this was really bad service to the point I have to”

“Awful service. Missing food from our order so called and the guy and he said "the next time you order we might be able to add the missing food to your order." Claimed they ran out of chips... Common guys. In the sea of other places to go to these aren't worth the hassle.”

“Why I’ve given these scores because I’ve got some food yesterday from this fish shop and it was absolutely disgusting. The battle was horrible. And also, I got two kebab wraps and they were absolutely rock hard I ate, took them to deliver it for over an hour and 15 minutes and I got pulled up when I rang up for no reason so I recommend to people not to go to this fish shop cause it’s absolutely disgusting”
