  “Met with some friends / ex work colleagues on the recommendation of one of the group and we were not disappointed. Great food and aerobics and we took advantage of the early-bird menu. I will make a return visit and certainly recommend.”

  “Dined here tonight certainly not a regular but we know this as the go to place for a fantastic food experience, my partner has a gluten and dairy intolerance and they were so helpful and accommodating! Once again amazing flavours and you can taste the thought that has gone into crafting each dish!”

  “Fantastic quality food at reasonable prices. I have been twice once for the early bird menu and once for an evening meal. Both times the quality of the food was amazing tasty and plentiful. The service was really good. The staff polite and helpful. Definitely a hidden gem of a restaurant in Billingham. Highly recommend lovely atmosphere and food too.”

  “A group of us went on there 2 course for £20 night. I personally found their portion size small (child size) menu is limited. For me there was only the Parmo that I could eat. People enjoyed what they ordered. Though someone else said they also found the portion size too small and like me felt hungry. Would I go again... doubtful 2 of us originally hadn't ordered dessert. When asked if we would like to have dessert I agreed. I got charged full price for the dessert. They didn't include it in the offer. The dessert I chose was part of the £20 offer. My meal ended up costing £25”

  “What can I say, superb! Absolutely loved it, honestly could not fault it. It's a little quirky hidden gem in Billingham. Fantastic service, attentive to their customers needs, friendly and they made the evening feel special. The food was simply mouth watering and the presentation was first class. Scallops and Black Pudding to start, for main we had Duck and braised beef, dessert, baileys cheesecake and treacle tart. Of course a beautiful bottle of Malbec to compliment. This is my new go to place at home. Thoroughly recommend.”

  “Turned up on spec but was able to get a table for both of us. We ordered from the early bird menu which was £21 for 2 courses (£26 for 3) and was genuinely impressed by the food which was really nice. Drinks are a little expensive (£3 for a can of coke) but otherwise great value. Pictures inc steak which is a £5 supplement.”

  “What a great find! A hidden gem which you could easily drive past without spotting but it really is a great restaurant. Its warm and cozy and the staff very friendly and attentive. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced. You can tell its all fresh, seasonal produce and the attention to detail in the presentation was unexpected and it all tasted amazing. The really hard bit was choosing what to order as there was so much on the menu. We will definitely be back.”
