  “Food was ok and better than ive had before, attention to detail not very good with none of the staff. Never looked like there was any sense of urgency.... burger wrapped in paper and looked a rushed product. Theres no customer service about it. "Number call" although 1 person did ask about a change of beans for chips. Great observations. But next time kfc trafford are better service. If it was my shop, i would make sure our customers left satisified. No value for money. Better elsewhere”

  “Service is on the slower side, a chicken fillet burger was ordered but a spicy one was provided, but not a problem in this case. The worst thing is the cleanliness… or lack of. Don’t get me wrong, people should tidy up after themselves, but every time I’ve been in, there is food on the floor, dirty tables and sticky floors. Surely cleaning sprays for tables could be provided if there isn’t enough staff to do the cleaning?”

  “Hello, I am very disappointed. I bought wings and the feathers were on them. Very bad. I don't know about consumer protection. They wouldn't do their job and check because you could get sick because of them.”
