  “Food is always perfect & delivery has usually been a decent time but this time I’ve waited nearly 2 hours for my order & as I’m writing this, it’s still not here. They said the driver is on its way….i’m starving, contemplating putting something in the air fryer at this point. Really disappointed. I’ve gone past the point of hunger. I think if you plan on ordering for delivery on a Sunday night, don’t bother cos you’ll be waiting up to 2 hours (I am aware weekends are busier but 2 hours really is unacceptable)”

  “Gone right downhill. Last 4-5 times we’ve ordered from here have been absolutely rubbish, went to the diner a few weeks ago and that was terrible too. Use to always be our go to since they first opened in the little Denton shop. Never going to the diner or ordering from here again..”

  “Just had the 'let's go for lunch' and the mint chocolate sundae and oh my goodness they were absolutely delicious. I'm a very fussy eater so for me to say it was delicious is a big deal. I felt I really needed to review this place and recommend them to others too. Definitely give it a try, it's well worth it I promise.”

  “Gone really downhill over the past two years, expensive for low quality or small portions, shakes are half assed, the last two times I've ordered a shake they haven't bothered with the cream and the garnish is basically none existent”

  “Ordered 2 burgers and three biscoff sundaes. Sundaes were cups of icecream with some sprinkled biscoff crumbs on top and a bit of caramel sauce on top and in the middle. Definitely not as described on website and Definitely not worth £7 each. Not the first time like this. Won't be ordering again.”

  “Made an order for delivery and realised I’d made a mistake. Called shakes and bakes 20 mins later thinking it’d be too late and they were happy to amend the order for me. Really lovely staff who work there, just genuine people. Desserts are always 10/10, sweet diner is our go to most weekends!!”

  “Its made me feel very ill. The beuno cheesecake tasted horrible , the biscuits were stale,tasted and smelt like spoiled milk, the beuno was like soggy cardboard. Also the chicken tenders were soggy and were smaller than my big toe.”

  “Wow! Went for fast food before playing at the Bike n Hound. Thought food would be good, but service slow. Delighted when they came up with three delicious burgers in under 10 minutes. The best burger I've had for a very long time. Highly recommended!”

  “I Ordered a Dona box last night which I have previously ordered before and enjoyed. My order was very late and then this is what I received to say I was disappointed is a understatement Dona slapped on a burger bun with loads of hot sauce. I checked my ordered to see if I had ordered something else by mistake and no I hadn’t and what they sent me isn’t on the menu. Make it make sense!”
