  “Absolutely disgusting experience with Raja’s. I ordered food and received a drink bottle that had clearly been opened and was half-drunk, along with cold pizza. When I called to complain, instead of listening to my concerns and trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was called “bored” for raising a complaint. The call was hung up on, and when I called back, I was told again that I was bored. What was even more disappointing was the complete refusal to acknowledge that this could have been a genuine mistake and handle the situation with any basic level of professionalism. I was told to come to the restaurant myself despite explaining that I am currently alone in hospital and unable to drive. The customer service was absolutely appalling. The attitude, rudeness and manner of speaking to a paying customer were completely unacceptable. Mistakes can happen in any business, but the way a business responds to a complaint says everything about its standards. I was not treated with respect, shown any understanding or offered a reasonable resolution. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. The food was disappointing, but the customer service was even worse. No customer should have to deal with this kind of attitude simply for reporting a problem with their order.”

  “disgusting food and disgusting customer service. Ordered pizza, received mush. Called them to ask for a refund and had the most horrible customer service i’ve ever received, and they started blaming the delivery driver for the mess of the food, but based on other people’s reviews, it was very clearly the takeaways fault. Wasted over £20 of food that i couldn’t have eaten even if i wasn’t mushed up because it tasted absolutely vile and i’d be surprised if i don’t get the worst case of food poisoning. Don’t order from here, i wish i had checked the other reviews before i had ordered”

  “On mi sister's first time ordering, little uns had pizza which was kind of burnt and wonky looking (images are below)... I had mistakenly blamed Raja Originals (in levy), and then had to correct my error 😦 For your own sakes do try and do much better for your customers in the future! Especially seeing as you are competing with about 1000 other fast food places in Manni........................ - - - - - - - - - - - - Update 11/03/2025: Well done on redeming yourselves on our most recent order..Pizza was warm and tasteful, chips weren't too bad either.”

  “I ordered 6 wings and chips on uber eat, thinking I’ll be receiving just that. What came instead was a taste of hell. Why did a bog standard box of wings and chips come covered in half a bottle of lava. My mouth was on fire and I barely got through one wing without drinking 2 litres of water. All for a measly buy one get one free offer. Buy a box of wings and chips and destroy your insides for free more like. I would understand if i ordered lava flavoured wings meal but it was just a standard wings meal, i do not think you eat your own food because none of you would be able to speak to any customers if you did since your mouth will be burnt off from it. Relax on the spice level, it completely ruined the whole meal. I will not order again. Sincerely, someone who loves spicy food.”

  “I had a burger and chicken pieces from here and both were low quality. The burger was cold and oily. poorly made, and the chicken pieces were fully oily with no flavour. Hygiene and freshness seem questionable. I wouldn’t recommend this place. You should close your business and start car wash. Possible it will profitable. This is not your job. Shame on you Rajas Takeway. Please guys don’t waste your money. Wallahi you will regret.”

  “Absolutely terrible experience at Raja. I went in for one pizza — just one — and was left waiting for nearly an hour with no updates, no apology, and zero sense of urgency from the staff. The employees were rude, uninterested, and acted like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging I was there. The attitude was downright arrogant, and the whole place felt like it was being run by people who clearly don’t care about customer service or basic professionalism. If you value your time and sanity, do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.”
