“I’ve ordered from Burger Box many times before, but unfortunately this has happened more than once. The food was really not good. The chicken, rice, and salad were disappointing and did not taste fresh. I’m leaving this review with respect because I hope the team pays more attention to the quality of the food in the future. I’d like to see improvements, as I’ve enjoyed ordering from Burger Box in the past. Thank you.”

“I decided to order food at this restaurant not long ago ago. I ordered food here three times and it was amazing. The choice of food is affordable, especially meal deals and you will not get disappointed. The sizes of portions are good. It's a 5 star service. Highly recommend”

“I’ve been ordering from this place for a while now and today the order wasn’t great so I called the shop to see what’s going on. I spoke to the manager who was extremely rude. Who refused to give me his name and was getting personal. I have all phone calls recorded. I called numerous time to get his name. He was extremely rude and I would like to take this further. I’ve had the same issue with this manager before as well as my fmaily. Burger box is great but this manager is bringing the business down. Edit The same rude manager just contacted me and again he was extremely rude and didn’t resolve the issue. Please could someone else solve this issue as I do love burger box but this particular person is making it difficult. Thank you”

“The food is good and the service is friendly, so I have no complaints there. However, I noticed that the cost per person shown is inaccurate, and there is another issue that doesn't sit right with me. Whenever I make a purchase, any small amount of change—usually 1 or 2 pence—is not returned. Individually it's a tiny amount, and most people probably won't think twice about it. However, when this happens on every transaction across all of their locations, it could add up to a significant amount over the course of a year. For me, it's not about the value of a penny or two; it's about the principle. If an item is priced at a certain amount, customers should receive the correct change. Businesses certainly wouldn't be happy to lose 1 or 2 pence on every transaction, so customers shouldn't be expected to either. A small amount may seem insignificant, but fairness works both ways.”

“Absolutely loved Burgerbox in Bolton! The burgers were fresh, juicy, and packed with flavour, and the portions were generous too. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick even though it was busy. Everything tasted high quality, especially the wings and chicken pariii and sauces. Definitely one of the best burger spots around — can’t wait to come back!””

“I had a chocolate peanut butter stack late last night. Stopped at Burger Box and spoke to the manager on site who gave consent for me to take pictures. A brief visit due to the time of the night. Quick service, no time wasted. I was literally in an out the shop. Good experience, I will be back to try the food next time.”

“This place is pretty decent for a late night scran. Most of the time if a place is open late, it usually means the food quality isn’t up to snuff, but not with this gaff. Granted, I was quite disappointed with the peri wings as they were tiny and most of the sauce had ran off them by the time I received my order. The fried chicken burger is very flavourful and crunchy, but is lacking in the actual chicken department, so it’s mostly breading. But still, quite tasty. The smash burger is completely serviceable for the time I ordered too(02:30am), so I’m not mad at it. Chips were soft and dry on arrival though, but edible. Will deffo order again, regardless of my critiques”
