  “The restaurant interior could definitely do with an upgrade, but don’t let that put you off. The burger was absolutely delicious—juicy, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. I highly recommend it! The only thing I’d suggest is serving it in a burger pocket or sleeve, as it would make the whole eating experience a lot less messy.”

  “My first time here I came on Monday evening and ordered box up meal for 14.99 and a extra chicken patty I was looking forward to the meal as this place was recommended by friends but the experience left me very disappointed my burger was fantastic which I am pleased about hence the 2 stars but my chicken tenders were oily and not fresh they was black in colour and burnt I called up was told my chicken tenders would be replaced I went back in took my previous tenders and gave them back to my surprise the worker skinny fella on the fryer decided it would be a good thing to give me back the same tenders and act like they was fresh after making me wait 10mins soon as I saw them again I immediately pointed out they was the same ones I had just given back to which he didn't reply or acknowledge I then decided to walk out It was a 20 pound order not a lot but this act has now resulted in losing my custom forever I was planning on ordering from here for the family but not now Many thanks Just replying back to the owner I came back after 10mins not 30 mins and second of all you gave 2 tenders which was still over cooked it took your staff 5 mins trying to figure out how to use a thermometer to check chicken as I watched on and left the other 2 in the box I would never leave a negative review I am being genuine”

  “Been coming here for a while now. They got wraps and wings on menu now!!! Tried the wings they were amazing come in 4/5 flavours, loves the mango habanero wings.. and the Thai sweet chilli wrap. Full of flavour and very good size. Highly recommended”

  “Absolutely perfect and proper people and food. I have ordered 3 times food delivery from them so far and it's been fantastic and great food and I can't fault anything because you can tell from the effort and the dedication that spent on making the food and the quality of it and the packaging and deliverd hot with nice polite driver it's just well and wonderful and great job it's been done and appreciated and thank you so much for the food and service and the hard work put in of making our order. Absolutely worth every penny, Definitely recommend them and for sure I'll be always happy to order from them again.”

  “I'm a regular customer at Burger Shack and sadly I've had a dissapointing experience today. The food arrived lukewarm and usually its super hot so I don't know what happened there. Additionally the burger buns were completely burnt on both sides which was disappointing and really ruined the taste of the burger. We also were missing our two drinks from the order. I rang the business to ask what could be done and they said they would send someone with our drinks but couldn't do anything about the burger. They said they would compensate me but didnt tell me how so I assume nothing will be done, quite disappointed by the service today.”

  “Terrible food and experience! Food and safety concern! Be careful ordering food from this place. Never again. I ordered £49 worth of food for me and my partner. It was our second time order there since the first order was a good experience for us. Excitingly we waited for our food just so we can be disappointed and upset. My burger came uncooked. It was mushy and plain. The cheese looks clear like plastic. We called the restaurant about our food being uncooked and was I kind enough to ignore it and ask for a new burger to be send as we paid by cash. We were polite and calm. However, the owner got to the phone and start panicking, being defensive saying that he cooked the burger himself and see nothing wrong with the issue I addressed. He said that his restaurant is busy and we should come return the burger ourself. We told him that we order for home delivery for a reason, otherwise we would have come to order it in person. The attitude was terrible and he didn’t offer no apology, refund or being understanding at all. The worst part of it is that I’m 7 months pregnant and the uncooked meat could harm my unborn baby. We told him that this is not safe or right for me to consume. He said that the uncooked meat is completely fine for a pregnant woman to eat. The problem with undercooked meats include Salmonella and E Coli bacteria. It is very concerning that the owner which is the chef himself didn’t have the knowledge to be aware of this while cooking food for all his costumers that he’s busy selling. After hearing his response I told him that I no longer want a new burger to replace his big mistake. He never apologies or offer to refund me. Now I have to nervously waiting to see if my pregnant body would get food poisoning or sick of this place food. Or if my unborn baby will be born healthy. Food safety is not something that can be exaggerated or ignore. We ordered off just eat and just eat could not refund us because it was paid in cash. All we can do is hope to get justice off reporting food safety and hygiene issue to the council.”

  “I had an amazing experience at Burger Shack! The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection — easily some of the best I’ve had. The loaded cheese fries were next-level delicious, smothered in cheese and toppings that made every bite irresistible. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Great food, great people , I’ll definitely be coming back!”

  “Ordered a Chick N Shack and a Boss burger. The chicken sandwich was lovely with juicy succulent piece of crispy fried chicken fillet and a delicious layer of melted cheese. With the boss burger, however, I was disappointed to see that the patties were not smash patties, though still quite nice. The staff at the place were very welcoming and cheery recommending their favourites and their ideas for the dishes they serve. All in all the experience was neither positive nor negative. It’s a place I would recommend if you’re passing by and feeling like a bite.”

  “I recently visited Burger Shack with a friend and had a fantastic time! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. We ordered two burgers - The Boss burger and the Chick N' Shack - and both were outstanding. The Boss burger was a thick, juicy beef patty with Monterey Jack Cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The patty was smashed to perfection and cooked just the way we wanted it. The Chick N' Shack was equally amazing, with panko-coated fried chicken and cheese that was bursting with flavor. Aside from the mouth-watering burgers, the overall taste of the food was outstanding. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the ingredients tasted fresh and of high quality. The staff were also very nice and friendly, which added to the overall enjoyable experience. They were attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Burger Shack and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious burger joint. The food was outstanding, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was just right. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!”

  “Ordered few different burgers from here, all were quite flavourful, generous sized portions, burgers were quite dense with good toppings. Not the best smash burger Ive had but really good value for money if you’re looking for a tasty filling burger meal, around £7/8 for meal and discounts available. Chips and dips were really nice, preferred smash burgers over the fillet burger.”
