  “I had a great experience in this McDonald’s. My order was prepared quickly and my customisation requests were followed. It was tasty and the restaurant was clean on the whole, although the customer toilet could’ve done with a tidy up. The staff seemed friendly and the seating was good.”

  “Visited McDonald’s in Stockport and had a smooth experience. Service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and the food came out hot. Staff were friendly and kept the dining area tidy even during busy periods. A reliable stop if you’re in the area and need something fast.”

  “Just had a Big Tasty. Now the size of a £2 cheese burger but about £5 dearer. This isn't aimed at this branch. There is nothing BIG about it anymore. I'm done with their corporate greed.”

  “Happen to mention that an egg was missing from yesterday's order... An unkempt manager "Steve" asked if I had any proof..like a photo ...of a missing item.. as lots of people try it on I visited this site daily spending £200 plus monthly. Well done Steve your management skills are second only to the unkempt appearance of your uniform.”

  “One of the richest businesses in the world yet McDonald’s gets it wrong so many times. Customer service and quality of food is so poor. Visited Wellington Road North branch Stockport today as I received two Qr codes for a previous poor meal on my last visit. The QR voucher codes don’t work on the app so we visited this restaurant as it’s near to where we live. Scanned the first code in and ordered a Big Arch meal, no problem. Scanned next voucher and it came up with an error (what a shock) so tried to explain to the manager who said it’s already been used yet I hadn’t ordered a 2nd meal. He then said he could do a Big Mac meal or Chicken Sandwich but I wanted the same as what I got my partner. Surely he could have just sorted this out for me ? So left very unhappy as always. McDonald’s will never make you happy ! Tried emailing customer services about it whilst I was still there and they just said Do I have a copy of my receipt. Left not eating at all. Should be a good experience going to McDonalds but it isn’t. Really frustrating”

  “Order wrong again with missing items for the bazillionth time. Notice how they never accidentally give you too much it's always an item less. I guess that's why their mascot is a Clown, it represents their employees on the drive thru putting orders in bags.”

  “Crimbo grinch meal is something different but nice touch - I thought the shaker fries were minted lamb flavour 😂. The socks are good quality but chips were like cardboard.”

  “The quality of the food is shocking. The burgers look like someone just threw everything into the box, and they aren’t even warm. Even when using the drive-through, you’re always sent to the car park and left waiting 10 minutes before the food is ready. Terrible service!”

  “I’m sorry but any positivity that I ever felt towards this place is now irrevocably gone. When I visited today, this man who was messed up on booze or more had an American Pit Bull Terrier that charged at me as I was walking into the building, and I decided to smile about that despite being uncomfortable… and then once I was inside of the building, I was immediately greeted by “do you have any spare change?” by someone who was clearly a part of the three man group of chavs… and then when I ordered, I had to go through someone else due to a language barrier which I won’t judge too harshly as I know what it’s like to learn a language totally different to my own — but it was a long wait afterwards, and then when I left, the same dog charged at me way more aggressively, and the same person said “you alright, mate?” as I was absolutely fuming at him this time… I’m sorry but I no longer feel safe at this establishment, and if we’re to discuss the food which is way more important to some, then I was served two burgers — one that was hot, and one that was cold, both poorly assembled, and at £14 for the two of them — this is an extreme ripoff of truly dreadful “food” — I wouldn’t mind but this has happened twice in a row now, and the water wasn’t even chilled 😭”
