“⭐ 1/5 — AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER I honestly don’t know where to begin. The staff didn’t seem to know what was actually on their own menu, which is pretty impressive for a restaurant. Then I saw food being handled and served with bare hands without any obvious hand-washing beforehand. The toilets weren’t exactly an improvement either. The urinals were visibly dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. And then, to top it all off, the manager was openly criticising staff in front of customers. Whatever problems are happening behind the scenes, customers shouldn’t have to sit there and watch management deal with them. And the fish and chips were horrible. The whole meal was a massive disappointment and absolutely not worth what I paid for it. So we’ve got staff who don’t know the menu, worrying food-handling practices, dirty toilets, management criticising staff in front of customers, and food that wasn’t even enjoyable. I came here expecting a decent meal and instead got a front-row seat to complete organisational chaos. The only thing this place served consistently was disappointment. ⭐ 1/5 — Sort out the food, hygiene, toilets, menu AND management.”

“Had a small breakfast and 2 small fish and chips over a cpl of weeks in this place. See for yourselves. One of the fish and chips was ace for the price. Cooked to perfection and with a nice piece of fish! The other was potentially something they found under the unit the fryer is sat on! Gopping. Small breakfast was perfect if you don’t want a massive meal earlier in the morning. That said, it was all cold! All of it! It’s 11am and I have not eaten since 6pm last night- hence I ate it. Never confident that sending back food won’t attract the “chefs tax” so didn't risk complaining. Come on guys, whoever cooked the obvious beaut fish and chips needs to have a word with the B team!”
