  “I had such a lovely experience at Wingstop, and I especially want to mention Sameera! She was so friendly, polite and helpful throughout my visit. Her customer service was genuinely amazing and she made me feel really welcomed. It’s always nice to come across someone who is so kind and attentive, and Sameera definitely deserves recognition for it. She’s a credit to the team!”

  “I decided to try wingstop for the first time today. I walked inside, and instantly, I was intimidated by the menu. I nervously walked up to the register, and my nerves were instantly washed away as the cashier asked: have you had wingstop before? When I tell you the service here was amazing, I MEAN IT‼️‼️‼️ I would genuinely lay my life on the line for the employees at this establishment. I came in today a complete moron to the ways of wingstop, but the cashier guided me through each step. He was very sweet, and did not judge me at all for being slow as hell- he even asked about allergies, which i've never had asked to me at a fast food place. Then, the lady who brought my order out was equally as sweet. Their service alone makes me want to return! Overall I bought a salted carmel milkshake, regular cajun fries, ranch dip, and 10 boneless wings (5 original 5 Hickory smoked bbq) which all together totaled £18.45 (the pictures include a Salandit pokemon card for size reference). Everything was absolutely delicious except the ranch but also i've never had ranch before so I might just not like ranch, you might have to try it for yourself and see. As for atmosphere, I went in at half 12 midday on a Thursday, so it probably wasn't as busy as you might expect it to be. It was pretty quiet, chill, some atmospheric chatter from other customers. The place was exceptionally clean too! Again, I cannot Illustrate enough: THE STAFF WERE AMAZING!!!! My reciept says i was served by Michel so if you want amazing service ask for him.”

  “I just wanted to leave a lovely review for Harika at Wingstop. I was having a bit of difficulty with Deliveroo, and she was so patient and helpful, she even helped me sort it out over the phone, which I really appreciated. She also took the time to help me choose the best flavour, gave great recommendations, and made the whole experience feel really personal. What really stood out was how warm and friendly she was, you can tell she truly cares about customers. She honestly made my day just by being so lovely. Thank you, Harika, for such amazing service!”

  “Food is genuinely good, prices are decent, and the staff are generally polite. Since it’s a cloud kitchen setup, everything is usually quick and smooth. The only thing that really puts me off is the review process. I’ve honestly never seen such review-hungry people. Every time I visit, staff stand next to customers and push them to leave a 5-star review on the spot. It feels very forced and makes it difficult to leave an honest opinion, especially if you have any genuine complaints. Out of the 1.7k reviews, a lot of them honestly don’t feel natural because customers are constantly being pressured or bribed into reviewing. And before anyone blames the staff, this clearly feels like something coming from corporate management itself. This kind of practice should honestly be stopped by the corporate team because it ruins the authenticity of reviews and makes customers uncomfortable. There used to be one girl on the team, I think her name was Neeha or something similar, who simply asked whether we wanted to leave a review and never forced anyone. That approach felt much more respectful. I don’t really see her around nowadays, but honestly, bring her back. I visit quite regularly, around 2–3 times a month, so this is coming from a repeat customer. Food, service, and overall experience are good, but the forced review culture really ruins the vibe. Also, £1.50 for such a tiny ranch dip is outrageous.”

  “ABSOLUTELY VILE. I ordered from here around 11:30 on 25/04/26. I received raw chicken and this isn’t even the worst part. The workers are disgraceful and incompetent. I called once to explain and was hung up on by a rude lady. I then called again to be laughed off by a man after i asked for the managers contact details to which he said ‘i’ll get them for you’ and hung up on me too. I then called again to be ignored. I am absolutely disgusted and enraged if they had an ounce of brain between them they’d know how dangerous it is to serve undercooked chicken.”

  “Dined in at wingstop today, all the staff were great, food came out in great time and it tasted amazing, flavourful and was nice and hot! Also got food to take out which was fast to do. Faith was our server and was great and very helpful!! Would reccomend”
