  “Had a lovely meal here today! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Everything we ordered tasted great, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. A special thank you to Diego, who provided excellent service throughout our visit. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. His warm attitude and professionalism really stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!”

  “Food 5/5 Drink 1/3 Service 3/5 Atmosphere 4/5 Food was amazing, literally unable to fault, amazing, great taste, hot, fresh literally was 👌🏻 Drink, both my partner and I had the Lemonade, well that is what we asked for, however the drink we had was flat and tasteless. Service, Diego was out waiter and I believe he was new, so we had literally just sat down and asking what drink we wanted before we even had a chance to read the drinks menu. And then my took my plate away from the table, despite my partner still eating her meal.... I know these are minor details, but not really great resturant etiquette. Atmosphere wasn't really any, as we were the only 2 people in their, and another couple come in just after us. Overall, food was amazing, but just the service and drink was lacking.”

  “Had a lovely experience here. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything felt like great value for money. Brooke provided excellent service and the manager was also fantastic and created a great customer experience. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again 🙂”

  “We waited an hour for our food. Around the 30 minute mark after ordering, the waiter came to tell us that he forgot our order and took it down again. It then took another half hour for our food to arrive. We understand that mistakes happen, but not sure why it took this long to realize and rectify. While the food was decent, the long wait left us very frustrated especially since we had to rush out for another appointment.”

  “When we arrived we were greeted by a smiling Brooke who showed us to a nice airy table. The order was taken and food delivered in a very timely manner, the food was extremely good, flavours and textures brilliant. We had tomato bruschetta, beef tortellini and gamberoni all delivered hot and plentiful. The special offer of £7.49 each made it even better. I did thank the chefs as I don't think they get enough praise for making such great food.”

  “Arrived at 3pm on Saturday ahead of a concert, seated immediately as booked and ordered our food within 15 minutes of sitting down. 30 minutes into our wait for food and noticing nothing coming out of the kitchen despite a full restaurant, noticing us looking the table next to us said they had been waiting for an hour for theirs. An hour after ordering we asked our lovely server if the manager could pop over and explain the delay, he then came to our table and informed us that despite the kitchen being fully staffed they were “struggling to keep up with the demand” but our food would come after the table next to us, so in around 15 minutes. At 430, my pasta dish arrived alone. Unfortunately it was cold, and so when the server returned with 2 meals for my family she took it back to the kitchen. The 2 pizzas they had ordered were cooked. When she returned with my pasta (which was evidently put into the microwave as the fresh mozzarella melted into a solid block) she also delivered a calzone ordered by my mum, which was anaemic. We tucked in only for my mum to discover the dough of her calzone was raw, and the vegetables inside cold. We apologised to our server who was also very apologetic and she took this back to the kitchen. It returned slightly more cooked, but unfortunately still had doughy/floury taste to it and so in the interest of getting the meal over and done with my mum ate around the raw areas (picture shows calzone after being “cooked again” where you can clearly see raw dough). None of us finished our meals as they were such poor quality. The manager came back to ask how our meal was, and we explained this to him, and that we have no qualms waiting for good quality food, however when waiting for over an hour and receiving raw/cold food this is unacceptable. Aside from this extraordinary negative review, I would like to extend a massive praise to our server Ruby, who was attentive, friendly and extremely sweet despite being clearly inundated with guests wondering where their food is. She was wonderful, thankyou Ruby.”

  “Southampton’s hidden date night hotspot, with delicious food it caters to everyone’s needs and desires possessing a plethora of Gluten-Free & Vegan Friendly Options. When walking inside the low lighting levels added to a settling ambiance and the furniture mimicking an Italian Bistro setting, a server was quick to greet us but service slipped when we waited 15 mins for 2 cocktails due to out of stock ingredients preventing us from ordering our main courses, however it was understood as the Biscoff Martini was a headline seller. Food was impeccable with extreme depths of flavour - I would highly recommend the Meat Feast Pizza that is generously drizzled with a tempting Hot Honey and the Tutti Frutti Cocktail as it had a lovely citrus punch. Overall this place too underrated not to visit!”

  “First of all, the place is well presented, tidy and the toilet facilities are clean. Secondly the service there was great and a new member of staff did very well for her first week as well as the rest of the staff, I couldn't fault them for how friendly they were. There were a few problems with orders getting mixed up and confused but they made up with a free Mac and cheese for the kids. Now to the food... I am very reasonable with food and can usually except and eat mostly anything. Me and my partner were not impressed with the food. We didn't complain as it's not in our nature to but the lasagne was overcooked and not great tasting, the garlic bread was basically a flat bread with hints of garlic, the calamari was good and tasted nice with the sauce, the mushroom Mac n cheese my eldest son had was a watery mess with zero taste, the carbonara my partner was cooked perfectly but had little sauce and taste... My youngest sons pizza was acceptable but not what you would expect from an Italian restaurant. Even the free Mac and cheese was horrible, undercooked and little sauce. The drinks we ordered were fine just standard drinks. Me and my partner decided to skip dessert but the ice cream my kids had was good. Overall, we were not impressed with the food, we were happy with the staff and service quality and the place is clean and presentable enough. I was left feeling like we wasted our time there together.”

  “Enjoyed a lovely spicy sausage rigatoni from the great staff at this Bella Italia. The sausage was indeed spicy, the food was the perfect temperature and it tasted very fresh. They offer free parmesan cheese ontop and allow as much as you want which is great. I was served by a young lady and she was very helpful, she asked for what allergies i had and helped me with a querey about an offer i had received. The food didnt take too long to arrive and the whole experiance was very nice.”
