Customer Review Summary
Chaat is the draw, with reviewers singling out the House Special Chaat, Papdi Chaat and Aloo Tikki Chaat, and describing the pani puri as fresh and flavorful. Close behind, the chole bhature is called delicious and full of flavor, and a chicken tikka tandoori wrap, lamb curry, mango lassi and lemon soda each earn praise. Kulcha divides opinion. One reviewer loved the chili coriander Amritsari kulcha, while two found the aloo kulcha and Amritsari mooli bland, and another said the makki ki roti and saag had no taste, with the roti made from refined flour rather than maize flour. Service is the recurring complaint. Reviewers describe repeatedly asking different staff to take an order, a long wait for food, and other guests leaving because no one took their order. One reviewer reports staff talking mockingly about a fries with masala order, so the table cancelled and left. Others still call the staff friendly. Another reviewer says a request for salt was refused and then ignored.

“We had a nice meal with the family. Unfortunately, we repeatedly had to ask different staff members to take our order or bring us something, even though it was relatively quiet and they did not seem busy with anything else. The prices are reasonable for what you get.”

“I ordered makki ki roti and saag, but the food had absolutely no taste. The roti was made with refined flour, not maize flour, and the saag was completely tasteless—I don’t know what kind of leaves they had blended into it. On top of that, when I asked the staff for some salt, they didn’t give me any and later completely ignored me.”

“** Tasty food, amazing flavours. Management need to pay attention to service. Order takes long and waiting time for food was almost 45-50 mins. We saw other guests leaving as no one took their order. ** Friendly feedback- improve service delivery **”

“I had the chili coriander amritsari kulcha - and it tasted amazing! The restaurant could be a bit cleaner and better organized though. Staff is nice, but they don’t accept Amex.”

“Great food! Got the House Special Chaat and I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve never had Chaat or Pani Puri but it was an amazing mix of flavors and textures. I highly recommend trying it. We also got the chicken tikka tandoori wrap, and it was super tender and juicy and came with a nice side of vegetables to eat with it. Lastly we got the fish (I forgot the name but it was fried fish) and they were good but the other two dishes we tried were more exceptional.”
