About Biryani hub
Biryani hub is an Indian takeaway in Hounslow, on Bath Rd, and it is open daily. Biryani is the main dish, with chicken biryani the version most often ordered. The Chicken 65 biryani comes with two kinds of chicken, regular chicken and Chicken 65, so a single order covers both. Biryani can be ordered at a medium spice level. Fried rice is also on the menu, and chicken with fragrant rice is served as a meal. The shop is large, and a wait is common.

Customer Review Summary
Biryani is what reviewers mostly come for, and opinion on it is split. Chicken biryani draws praise for its low price and decent portions, with one diner calling the Chicken 65 version filling, and another describing the biryani as flavorful, aromatic and perfectly cooked. Fried rice earns a separate rave for its generous portion. The complaints are more frequent and specific. Several report food that was not hot, including cold Chicken 65 and reheated rice with cold bits. Others cite rice lacking flavor, an oily plate one reviewer called a "heart attack biryani", and too much masala in a biryani ordered medium spicy. Long waits and a crowded shop with parking trouble come up, and one reviewer found tables unwiped and messy. One reviewer reports a takeaway biryani smelled bad after several hours in the fridge and links it to food poisoning risk, and another reports finding threads in their food. One reviewer says staff were helpful with suggestions, and a long queue was visible during one visit.

“⭐ 1/5 Unfortunately, my experience at Biryani Hub was very disappointing. The service was poor, with long waiting times and a lack of attention to customers. The food quality did not seem fresh, which was concerning. The biggest disappointment was the biryani itself. The rice lacked flavor, the overall taste was below expectations, and it did not resemble the quality one would expect from a good biryani restaurant. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it.”
