  “Had a lovely evening at Med Kitchen in Purley for my nephew’s birthday. The food was really tasty and full of flavour. I highly recommend the mixed grill, especially the shish and kebab — everything was cooked perfectly and delicious!”

  “Lovely Experience at The Med, went for Dad's Birthday - served quickly and beers arrived cold. Waiter and the waitress were very helpful with questions about the food. And Of course 10/10 on the food! the Kleftiko (lamb shank) was amazing! beware of big portion too haha”

  “First time at the Med Kitchen and it won’t be my last! The food was amazing and such a great choice! The staff are so helpful and friendly and the cocktails are to die for! Definitely a place to go if you d not been before. I had the salmon and prawn shish and it was delicious and so much of it too, I couldn’t finish it! Can’t speak highly enough of the place and can’t wait to go back!”

It is rare to find a place that excels in every aspect, but The Med Kitchen does exactly that. A true gem in Sanderstead and a restaurant I cannot recommend highly enough. Five stars all the way!”

  “I was pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the food. The chicken was incredibly tender, and the garlic butter prawn was a delightful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. The service was also excellent.”

  “We really enjoy coming here. Tasty food and lovely cocktails. The staff are friendly and we have come here for lots of occasions and recommended to friends. If I had to note any issues I'd say 1) their starter and mezze prices are a bit high and 2) their mixed grill is lovely but a bit stingy with the lamb. Otherwise the portion sizes for the meals we love are always good. We like the variety of the menu, their meat and flavours are great, every cocktail is delicious and whilst it's not cheap it's generally good value for money - would recommend the mai tai, pina colada and the strawberry daiquiri which is like a dessert. The restaurant itself is also very nice - a good atmosphere, friendly staff and who doesn't love a restaurant with fairy lights and music.”

  “This restaurant is now my go to. This service was excellent the food was tasty and plentiful. Served with a smile. Def one of the best services received in a restaurant. Ambience was inviting warm, chairs were comfortable. Was made to feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10”

  “I had walked past this place a few times and thought it looked nice, tonight, however, I decided to treat myself and I was taken aback by the classy service, decor and tasty food. I started off thinking I'd just have a glass of wine, and ended up being tempted by various meze. The calamari was cooked just right and everything was presented with style. It's great as you can see the food being prepared, I will definitely come back for one of the meaty dishes, they looked ample and delicious. There's also tables outside for another dimension when it's warmer. Brilliant. Will return.”
