“The service from India was amazing. Despite there only being two members of staff working, India was incredibly attentive, friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. She interacted so kindly with the children, was extremely patient when taking their orders, and was very speedy and efficient. She genuinely made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Unfortunately, if it weren’t for India, this would have been a very negative experience. The wait for drinks was extremely long, and the food was also very slow to arrive. On top of this, the risotto that was ordered arrived burnt, which was very disappointing. We completely appreciate that there were only two members of staff working, but the delays and the quality of the food had a significant impact on the overall experience. It felt as though the restaurant was understaffed for the number of customers, and this is something that could definitely be improved. India really deserves recognition for how well she handled what was clearly a very busy and challenging shift. Her attitude, kindness and attentiveness completely changed our experience, and without her, we would have left feeling very disappointed. She was a credit to the restaurant and deserves to be recognised for her excellent customer service.”
