  “Entree is my go to steakhouse for good quality steak. The sides and sauces are delicious and well worth the money. I got the tomahawk steak with signature chips and mash. It was really well cooked and definitely fills you up. A massive shoutout to Irfan for welcoming us and providing good service.”

  “Came here the first time and had a Swiss butter steak. Highly recommend it. It was very tender and flavourful. The service was really good and the staff are all kind including our sever Hazem. Thank you for the quick service and the amazing food. Happy 3 year anniversary to you and thank you for the gift.”

  “Food was amazing, large portions and our waiter I think his name was Akram sorry we forgot!! He was excellent, friendly, really attentive and kept an eye if we needed anything. Didn’t have to wait around to get a waiters attention which we appreciated. Really love the signature chips! We will definitely come back”

  “Saw quite a few bad reviews but decided to give this place a chance. The food is hit and miss. I would definitely return but avoid some dishes. The restaurant was clean, we were greeted and seated immediately. The food was great but some items need improvement. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great service. I had my baby with me, they gave him a bowl of strawberries to keep him occupied. However there was no changing table for babies in the bathroom. They allowed me to change him in the private room, had this been occupied I would have been forced to walk back to the car to change my baby's nappy. My son spat up some of his milk on the floor and the staff came over and handed me a pile of tissues so I can clean in instead of cleaning it for us. I was a little surprised but my husband cleaned it up anyway. Dynamite shrimp 9/10 Crispy beef tacos 3/10 wouldn't order again Ribeye steak 8/10 delicious Tomahawk steak 10/10 perfect Peppercorn sauce 10/10 Mushroom sauce 10/10 Roast potatoes 8/10 slightly dry Mac and cheese 6/10 lacked flavour and depth Seasonal vegetables 2/10 soggy and tasted frozen Creamy mash 5/10 cold but not awful Apple mojito 4/10 tasted like appletizer Peach mocktail 10/10 refreshing and delicious”

  “Went to Entree Steakhouse on Stratford Road in Birmingham and had a really good meal. The food was spot on, everything we ordered tasted great especially the loaded fries, prawns, chicken bites and the sliders. Service was really good as well, staff were friendly and the food came out quickly and fresh. Honestly couldn’t fault anything, definitely a 5 star experience and I’d happily go back.”

  “I am a foodie and been to many steak restaurants. Sat down and the menu on the table was dirty and I felt sick upon seeing dirty menu (see posted photos).This clearly shows staff are not attentive. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant because steak was served cold, it was dry and hard. It seemed like it was cooked day before and bunged into the microwave. Very pricy and they are not generous with portion size. Only chips were nice, hot and tasty. Peppercorn sauce was nice but was cold. Had to wait for over an hour for the food. Very poor service and then they have the audacity to charge service charges. Presentation of steak meal is poor, a leaf stem stuck in middle of steak! I expect more value for my money. Such a rip off. Avoid at all costs. They do not tell you in advance that you will be charged 10% service charges. Staff do not care, they just walk past you ignorantly. It was month of fasting (Ramadan) and they served everyone dates and fruit to open their fast and left us out. I had to ask for water to open my fast. I regret going to this restaurant and should have just had fish and chips meal!”

  “Visited for our girls night out and didn’t really meet up to the expectations. The place is decorated nicely, a bit smaller than I thought and didn’t really feel a great vibe. Maybe because we were there for an early dinner at 5.45 ish? Food was decent; could’ve come out a little quicker. I found the lamb chops had quite a fair amount of fat which hadn’t been trimmed. The girls enjoyed their firecracker chicken and lamb shank, however I found the filet mignon I ordered not amazing, and I’m not a steak expert, but I’m not sure the cut I received was actually a filet mignon as it had fat running though it and wasn’t the usual shape, rather more like a ribeye folded in half maybe? The mocktails seem heavily overpriced for £12, and the service was okay, not bad but wouldn’t say amazing either. They did present out food with a bit of dry ice for us, but I feel like the waiter etiquette for a more high end place was not up to par, with not handing out cutlery etc, or noticing when being called, and even standing over the shoulder to make sure a good review is left. There is also a service charge added onto the bill which isn’t really mentioned beforehand on the menu, which I believe should be. Overall, some food was quite tasty and had a good time, but didn’t live up to my expectations unfortunately.”

  “We had a great dinner at Entree and really enjoyed the evening. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. A special thanks to Aliya and Hazem for taking such good care of us. They were both friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made for a very relaxed meal. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!"”

  “One of best peppercorn sauces I have had in my lifetime. The steak was cooked to perfection and with that creamy garlic mash. Loved it! I have tried so many and this one has impressed me big time. The dynamite shrimp is also delicious along with their mac and cheese. The food overall was reasonable in terms of price. We were served and looked after by a lovely young lady. I have tried the Coventry one as well and they are both pretty good.”

  “Had such a lovely experience here! The food was some of the best I’ve had in a while. Between us we ordered the sirloin steak (cooked perfectly as I requested), lamb shank and the firecracker chicken. Also got the dynamite shrimp - really nice touch with the panko. Also shoutout to Sam - she provided brilliant service throughout the evening. The atmosphere was great and I’ll definitely be back. However, will say I found the drinks to be priced relatively higher in comparison to other similar establishments but otherwise no complaints!”
