  “I’ve been coming here for ages and honestly, I’ll always be a returning customer to this branch — it never disappoints! The food is consistently excellent, fresh and full of flavour every time. What truly makes this place special though is the hospitality. Manager Anu deserves a special mention — his service is always great and on point, without fail. The whole team are great too, but Anu’s leadership makes such a difference. If you want great food and truly outstanding service, this is the place. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 💯”

  “Grillz Steaks Birmingham did not disappoint. Got two different steaks, including ribeye, and a tomato based pasta to share, the steaks were cooked so well, they were soft and juicy :) but what elevated it was the creamy peppercorn sauce, for the red sauce pasta it was just a little bland for my taste buds. Sides were very solid, a creamy mash, well seasoned rice and the naan bread hit the spot. Also had a pina colada, so creamy, honestly one of the best I’ve had, thanks to our server for the recommendation. Great food & nice place, will be back!”

  “Outstanding Food for dinner. Absolutely fantastic experience at Grillz on Coventry Road. Can tell the place has had a really nice refurbishment. The restaurant feels fresh, modern and cosy, with a really comfortable atmosphere that makes it a great place to sit down and enjoy a proper meal. Started with the hummus and freshly served bread, along with the crispy prawns, both were excellent and a great way to start the meal. For the mains, I had the rib-eye steak, which was genuinely superb. Cooked beautifully, full of flavour and exactly what you want from a good steak. But the real surprise for me was the Grillz Dinner, the chicken steak dinner. Honestly, I ordered it not expecting it to be anything extraordinary, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The combination of flavours worked incredibly well, everything complemented each other perfectly, and it turned out to be one of the best combinations of flavours I’ve had in a dinner for a long time. Absolutely fantastic. The portions were generous, the presentation was really appealing and the overall quality of the food was impressive. You can tell there’s been thought put into both the menu and the dining experience. The refurbished interior is another big positive. It feels classy without being overly formal, and the cosy, modern finish gives the restaurant a really nice atmosphere for both a casual meal and a special occasion. Overall, this was a much better experience than I expected and I genuinely left impressed. There are plenty of other dishes on the menu I now want to try, so I’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10 from me — highly recommended!”

  “We had a wonderful experience here. The decor and ambience are beautiful, and the service from the kind, attentive staff was excellent. The food was 10/10. The sirloin steak was cooked to perfection, and the sides were incredible—the mash was so creamy and the peppercorn sauce was outstanding. Tip for parking: There is a parking lot located at the back of the restaurant. To get to it, just drive through the alleyway on the left side of the building.”

  “We had a really lovely visit to Grillz Steaks & Desserts. The food was amazing — the T- Bone steak was cooked perfectly, the lamb chops were full of flavour, and the dynamite prawns were definitely one of the highlights. The drinks were really nice too and everything came out fresh and well presented. A special thank you to our waiter, Zain, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was very welcoming, polite and friendly, and he made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. He checked on us at the right times without being too much, made sure we had everything we needed, and gave really good service throughout the meal. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customers having a good experience. Overall, the food was great, the service was excellent, and Zain really made our visit even better. We really enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommend Grillz Steaks & Desserts. We’ll definitely be coming back again.”

  “The lamb ribs were delicious. The chicken pieces in the chicken nambala were a little big but it was nice. The lamb bhuna was lovely. The blue lagoon mocktail was also delicious. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea”

  “The food was amazing. Top quality and incredibly delicious, no complaints from our party of 4 friends. I ordered a Sirloin steak with peri chips and creamy mash. Steak was cooked to perfection and all the other dishes ordered by my friends were up to very high standards and met our expectations of the price they charged. However on the negatives of our time with them today, we booked a table prior to coming via their WhatsApp booking system and pre-ordered our items before arrival (as it’s Ramadan so they need to know prior so we can break our fast). Upon arrival they declined the fact we booked a table and pre-ordered untill we pulled out proof of the WhatsApp chat we had with them. They apologised but they still gave away our table to someone else even though we booked the table. We broke our fast at 6:20. When we asked one of the kind servers where our food was and that they had made a mistake he told us “regardless of if you have pre booked, it’s first-come first serve” which completely voids the purpose of a pre-booking a table along with pre-ordering our food. Overall the food was top class and no complaints about that, we all enjoyed our meals and were grateful to be served such nice food. However we were very displeased with the booking service and the long waiting for our food even though we pre-ordered. They have a really nice reputable business and they need to invest in a proper booking system or scrap the whole idea of booking and make it first come first serve as it will save the disappointment of those who book and later get told they didn’t reserve our table despite being on time.”

  “Visited Grillz Steaks on Coventry Road in Birmingham with a group of 9 recently. The food was really good overall. The steaks were cooked well and full of flavour, and the chicken dishes were just as enjoyable. We also ordered pizza, which was nice and fresh. Service was a little slow, but the place was very busy at the time, so it was understandable. Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely consider going back again.”

  “The food was pretty decent and the staff were quite friendly, service was reasonably quick too. The decor was nice with plenty of seating. However, the staff member told us before we sat down that it is cash only and that there is a cash machine down the street. Which is understandable, but the machine charges £2 to withdraw cash, and then I saw a different customer paying by card at the counter. They should deduct the charge at the very least.”
