Customer Review Summary
Chicken is what most praise centers on, with one diner calling the chicken burger crispy and fresh in a fresh-tasting bun and another pointing to the Maple BBQ Chicken Melt. Close behind are the drinks and sweets: a hot chocolate described as one of the best tasted, an iced French Vanilla, a cola cooler slush and a Banoffee Deluxe donut. Several mention friendly, quick service, self-order screens that are easy to use, and breakfast deals and seasonal specials that reviewers call good value. Order accuracy draws complaints, though. One reviewer found tomatoes in wraps after being told they held only lettuce and sauce, another says orders regularly arrive with something missing, and a frappe was mostly tiny bits of ice. The sharper grievance is parking. Several say fines arrived with no obvious signs, including to long-time regulars who used to stay for hours and spend as a group, and one suggests parking nearer central Manchester instead.

“Worst experience. I got a french vanilla regular from counter. Used toilet and went back to car. When i was having it at almost on the last sip i got something in my mouth. First i was thinking it might be condense milk or something. Thank god i didn’t chew it. I took that thing from my mouth and it was dead fly. 🪰 From that time it causing me vomitting. Imagine you drink something that have dead insect in it. I will never recommend anyone to visit tim hortons or this branch specifically. I was regular customer of tim hortons but you guys lost a customer. Thanks to god he saved my life.”

“First and very last. Dirty fabric seats. Probably not cleaned from new. Very poor interior design. Food-really hard to coment. If that on pictures looks tasty for anyone. That sandwich was £6 Parking... you need to be fast 90min so keep that in mind just in case. But don't think you wish to stay so long.”

“Went with a friend to grab food and received a parking fine where there are no obvious signs indicating so. Would have thought businesses would encourage customers to come and spend time eating but this one comes with a £100 fine for excess parking time, better to park closer to Manchester and go for food there.”

“I am extremely disappointed with Tim Hortons. This used to be one of our favourite places to meet with friends, relax, eat, drink and spend quality time together. We were loyal customers for a long time and regularly spent over £180 as a group because there are usually more than 12 of us. What made this place special was the welcoming atmosphere and the free parking with no pressure about time limits. We would stay, enjoy ourselves, order more food and drinks, and support the business properly. Now suddenly there is a new parking rule, and instead of appreciating loyal customers, they send fines to people who actually spend money there. It feels unfair and disrespectful. Customers should be clearly warned before being punished with expensive parking charges. This decision completely ruined the experience for us. A place that once felt friendly and comfortable now feels stressful. Loyal customers should not be treated like this. Very disappointing change from Tim Hortons.”
