Customer Review Summary
Breakfast is the main draw at this Salford diner, and a fry up is the dish reviewers name most, with several describing food that is freshly cooked, hot and served in big portions. Pies, fish and chips and a toasted sandwich sit close behind, and one reviewer who stopped for a quick brew ended up ordering breakfast after seeing other people's plates. Desserts and cakes such as cheesecake and sponge get a mention too, along with an iced coffee with whipped cream newly added to the menu. Value comes up repeatedly, with reviewers calling the prices great and the food worth every penny. The staff are described as friendly and welcoming, and reviewers also mention the owner and a front of house lady. One reviewer, a vegetarian, forgot to ask whether meat and non-meat food are prepped and cooked separately and was left unsure. Another notes a dimmed seating area with graffiti style wallpaper and benches, while a cyclist praises the comfy chairs. One visitor on holiday ate there three times.

“Read positive reviews but from the impression wasn't sure if it's just a greasy spoon. Basically a better presented cafe/fish and chips shop. Basic menu but made with love, served with a genuine smile (makes a difference!)- breakfast// usual toasted sandwich// pies/fish and chips. Tea coffee/few cakes -cheesecake/sponge etc. Hard Rock style in seated area - dimmed, graffiti style wallpaper, benches. Nice, clean. Only thing (this is very specific -vege's will understand!) but I forgot to ask if the meat and non-meat are prepped and cooked separately....I'm not sure..”

“Stopped off whilst out on a bike ride for a quick brew. Ended up having breakfast due to seeing other people’s food and noticed that it’s extremely good value. Young girl who served us was polite and professional. Couldn’t fault it and lovely comfy chairs.”
