  “Had desi english breakfast. The chana side was bland in taste and the omelette was very oily and bland as well. Good ambience, but the food wasnt really worth the money. The karak chai was alright, a bit too sugary though.”

  “I've been coming to Chai Wala for more than two years, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The tea is always fresh, flavourful, and comforting, which keeps me coming back. What truly stands out is the amazing staff, Talbiha , Sufyan , Mr.Z n especially Sehjal. She is always smiling, welcoming, and kind-hearted. No matter how busy the place gets, she treats every customer with warmth and respect. Over the past two years, Sehjal and the rest of the team have never let me down or made me feel uncomfortable in front of other guests. In fact, they make me feel like part of the family and treat me as if I own the place. Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care for customers are rare to find. Thank you to Sehjal and the entire team for always creating such a positive and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended! Excellent tea, great service, and outstanding hospitality.”

I also want to highlight the exceptional service provided by your staff. They were welcoming, attentive, and incredibly polite. In particular, one staff member handled orders with a great attitude and ensured everything was perfect, bringing a wonderful energy to the shop. It is also reassuring to know that if any issues do arise, the team is ready and willing to resolve them immediately. Overall, Chai Wala delivered great flavour and a fantastic vibe.   “I had a great experience at Chaiiwala! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The chai was karak, authentic, and full of flavour definitely one of the best I’ve had. The food was served on table and the food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive specially Suffyan, making sure everything was just right. Overall, a fantastic place for anyone who loves good chai and delicious street-style food. Highly recommended.”

  “☕ Chai Quality This place serves exceptional chai and it’s the main reason I keep coming back. The tea is rich, aromatic, lightly sweet, and perfectly balanced. 🏠 Atmosphere & Environment The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The space is clean, well presented, and has a great vibe that makes you want to relax and enjoy your drink. 👩‍🍳 Service & Staff The staff are always friendly and attentive. On my most recent visit on Saturday 17th January around 7.20pm, I was served by a young woman at the counter who has helped us before. She was extremely polite and welcoming and is a real credit to the team. Sorry I didn’t catch her name, but her customer service really stood out. 🌟 Overall Experience Consistently great karak chai, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere every time. Highly recommended and definitely one of my favourite chai spots, a must-try for chai lovers.”

It had that authentic desi warmth with just the right amount of sweetness . A must-try for chai lovers. The staff shejal she is so friendly, attentive, and quick to serve.
