  “always have my lunch from this place because I haven’t found a burger stop with a taste like this anywhere else in Sale. This Burger Stop is my favourite place to eat. The staff here are very friendly, and when it comes to the environment, the place is very clean. They take great care of hygiene, and the atmosphere here is really nice and welcoming. All the staff are very good, but there is one girl here whom I have been seeing for quite a long time. I asked her name, and she said, “My name is Faaizah.” She works here, and she is a very lovely person. Her behaviour is excellent, and she treats customers very kindly. She is never rude or disrespectful and always has a very polite and positive attitude. I always prefer going to the counter to place my order because of her rather than using the self-service machine. She is such a nice person and provides great customer service. I 100% recommend Burger Stop. The food is amazing, the staff are great, and especially Faiza is a wonderful member of the team. I always find it difficult to decide what to eat from here because everything is so delicious. So, I always ask Faiza, “Can you please suggest what I should try?” She recommends food to me in a very helpful way. She tells me, “You can try this, or you can try that,” and it really helps me choose what to eat. Sometimes, when she sees me, she already suggests something and says, “You can try this today. Yesterday you had that, so today you should try something different.” She is a very nice lady and provides excellent customer service. They are lucky to have a worker like her because people like this are very rare. She works honestly and takes care of her workplace as if it is her own home, putting her heart into what she does.”

  “We had a great experience at Burger Stop. Our order was initially incorrect, but Maaz handled the situation exceptionally well. He went above and beyond to put things right, making sure everything was sorted quickly and even giving us both an ice cream and a can of drink as a kind gesture. The customer service was outstanding, and his friendly, professional attitude really stood out. On top of that, the food itself was absolutely delicious. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it's how they're handled that matters, and Maaz turned the experience into a genuinely positive one. We'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Maaz!”

  “Came here as was recommended, huge and utterly disappointed. Service was extremely slow, no updates or communication. Was it worth the wait, absolutely not. Burger received was soggy and inedible, took the patty out eating on its own to which was very under seasoned. Chicken wings were also bland with hint of a funny taste. Not pleasing at all, fries were also underwhelming. Overall food was bland, Luke warm, and did not love upto expectations. Don't believe the hype. Another overpriced, tasteless burger joint. Will not be returning.”

  “The burger was juicy and tasty. The fries were delicious. We found the house dressing a bit too spicy. The brioche was on the soggy side. Overall good but could be better.”

  “Burger Stop never disappoints. Their chicken burgers are amazing, but the tenders are juicy, and full of flavour. The portions are really good too, definitely worth it.”

  “I mean I was really looking forward to a cheesy burger with my selected trimmings but I got a very very mediocre burger that was way over seasoned with pepper and no toppings I'd asked for bar some wilted lettuce. Everything else was actually good. Gravy was divine chicken was good too. But the burger (considering the restaurant is called BURGER STOP) was a real real let down. So much so I got it refunded.”

  “I visited Burger Stop in Sale and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Generally Service is extremely slow annd sometimes it’s salty. Today When the food finally arrived, the chicken wings were not properly cleaned and still had feathers on them, which was very unhygienic and quite shocking. I showed this to a staff member, but there was no apology or immediate effort to resolve the issue. Instead, he said he would come back and then attended to other customers without following up. Because of the poor service and food quality, this will be my last visit. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.”

  “They Complained saying it was my fault the whole time that i didn’t receive an item. After about 3 hours they finally give in and give me it and give it to me like this. We know it was purposeful cos as if the lid melts in the gravy and chips are shoved in there. Disgusting. Don’t blame me for your problems. You know who i am. i am the one who didn’t receive their - one free. Do not eat at this pigs stein.”

  “Popped into this burger place in Sale and absolutely loved it. The place was spotless, the atmosphere was great and the food was spot on. I ordered the solo box meal (so good!) and finished off with an ice cream. Faiza was lovely – super attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!”
