  “I’ve been getting their chicken and chips with veg for a while now, and i can honestly say it’s amazing every time. The portions are a decent size and the chicken is always cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend if you want a healthy (and filling) bite to eat”

  “I’ve been going to The Food Box in Burnage for years, and honestly, it just keeps getting better each time. The food is genuinely delicious, with huge portion sizes that leave you more than satisfied. Everything tastes fresh, clean, and there’s a nice variety of healthy options—not your typical greasy fast food vibe. The milkshakes are fantastic, and the meat is fresh. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and service is quick—you never feel like you’re waiting too long. I’ve seen some unfair one-star reviews, which I know stem from personal disputes, not the actual quality. As someone who’s been a long-time customer, I can assure you the food, cleanliness, flavours, the interior of seating area and overall experience are top-notch. If the style isn’t your thing, that’s fair, but you can’t fault the quality. I highly recommend giving it a try!”

  “Been coming here for nearly a decade now. Food is really good and since it’s all grilled, it’s healthier as well. Service is great. Would recommend this and have been recommending it to everyone I meet.”

  “This is not an exaggeration. My phone tracks my location at all times and today I checked, it transpires I have visted this establishment 39 times since 2016. It truly is the best burger and highest quality meat I have ever consumed. I cannot say more than this. The service is excellent and the food is stupendous.”

  “Yesterday I went to Foodbox with my wife and siblings, and this place is absolutely amazing, the food is absolutely on point and delicious every single time I’ve come here and it’s been he 4th time for myself now. The atmosphere is one of a kind , it delivers a very very cosy feeling, and the food is just out of this world. I highly recommend The Food Box to everyone out there.   “Made our order of a couple of Hayzee Burgers and a Sunnah Platter. Then wer escorted to the back of the shop to our seating. Hidden away bat cave (MAN CAVE) which was something different. Hayzee Burgers Chopped beef steak and Grilled Chicken Sunnah Platter usually b for 3 people to share but as there was 4 of us bossman made us one for 4 of us to share. 4 lamb chops, 4 bbq wings, oven roasted pulled lamb, grilled chicken breast, chopped beef steak, cheese, fries, mash, rice, vegetables, wedges and separate sauces. Wow.. Honestly the best Platter I had for a while. Taste wise could not fault it. Full of different flavours. Absolutely banging. 🔥🔥🔥. You get abit of everything. Definitely something different and will be back to try out other food on the menu. Would definitely Reccomend to try out this establishment .”

  “Overall a very good experience. The food is very high quality (especially the beef & the pulled lamb) price is reasonable considering the high quality, service was fine (food came quickly and how we ordered). It only loses a star because it is cash only and its a bit cramped and dark in the back where we sat, not helped by the fact that there is scaffolding everywhere. Not sure who thought that would be a good idea but they should probably be fired. You feel like you are eating in a construction site. Great menu though.”

  “Guys all I can say to is, If you are in Manchester just go and try some food. Although you might wait a little to sit down its well worth it. It looks and sets of an image like a normal chippy, I assure you what happens inside is just amazing the food is always well cooked and served and presented in a good manner. The staff are friendly and helpful. I know the people I went with today will return to this when ever we in Manny again. A great thanks to the team at food box. Heading back to Birmingham will be back for some more🍽”
