  “Aliya was super friendly and patient when taking our order. Helpful whilst we decided what to have. Didn’t rush us despite the queue which was very nice. Would recommend five guys Arndale although our burgers were undercooked! Very pink, unsure if this was right so started eating them but called over a member of staff who told the chef and he apologised and gave me a new burger. 🍔 probably should have asked for a refund as the order was £50”

  “Waiters are so nice mashaAllah. I’m really happy this branch is halal now. The burger wasn’t tasty hence the lower review. I went for a lettuce bun which was great for lower calories. The fries portion was generous. I’ll come back to try other things. Thank you”

  “Luke was amazing, this was my first time here and he genuinely made the whole experience so much better. He suggested downloading the app and was incredibly patient while I was trying to understand how everything works. He took the time to explain it properly without rushing me, and was just genuinely kind throughout As someone who works in the food industry myself, I really appreciate the level of service he gave. It’s not easy to stay that patient and positive, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. I really hope the company recognises the effort and care he puts into his work Well done, Luke! 👏”

  “Although it’s a little pricey, the food here is great. Also, the customer service from everyone at the Arndale store made my experience great, especially from Christopher and John - extremely friendly and helpful! All the workers at the store were happy to be there and support customers, which is always nice to see.”

  “It's expensive for what it is. But the burgers are nice and the milkshakes are delicious. Service is good. But no toilets in the place you have to go out of the place and round the corner opposite subways. It's a nice treat now and again. Wouldn't eat here all the time.”

  “my first time trying five guys, I happened to be visiting from London and randomly stumbled across this branch. I was delighted to see that this is a fully halal branch! no bacon served on site. I didn’t get the name of the kind East Asian girl who served me (if I find the receipt with her name on it, i’ll add it to the review) she was so kind and helpful. the menu/ordering layout is slightly odd, there’s no meal deal option so you have to buy everything separately. I like that you can choose what you want in the burger though. they unfortunately didn’t have the dispensable drinks, so I had to buy a bottle which was the downside to my experience. the burger itself was delicious! but the chips stole the show! cooked to perfection and they tasted SO good. the medium portion was much bigger than I thought so i’d definitely go for a small next time. definitely on the pricey side, they don’t do any discounts but I was so happy to finally have eaten here. great taste and i’d definitely be back again when in Manchester!”

  “Gave this branch a go after having a positive experience in the Birmingham one. Had another fantastic time in the Arndale. Food is now 100% halal hence the visit. The place was spotless and service was great and even though we went back and made some changes the guy handled it like a gent. We both enjoyed every bite and cant wait to visit again. The coke tasted fizzy and was refreshing with unlimited refills. The only thing i would pick out as a negative was the actual burger patty wasn't as hot as I thought it would be. Over still 5 star result and it will be hard to go anywhere else in the Arndale.”
