“We are extremely disappointed with the quality of our order from Pepe’s Piri Piri, St Helens, last night. We ordered a chicken platter and wings, but unfortunately the food was well below the standard and quality we expected from Pepe’s. An excessive amount of sauce had been added to the chicken, to the point that the food was inedible. We were so disappointed that we took the food back to the restaurant and explained the issue to the staff. Unfortunately, our complaint was not handled satisfactorily and the restaurant was not willing to accommodate or resolve the issue. What is particularly disappointing is not only the poor quality of the food, but also the lack of customer service when we brought the problem to their attention. We expected the restaurant to take our concern seriously and offer an appropriate resolution. We would appreciate it if someone from Pepe’s Head Office could review this complaint and contact us regarding how this matter can be resolved. We hope Pepe’s will take this feedback seriously, as this experience was far below the standard we expected from your brand.”

“Take away chicken spicy rice box with peri peri fries. Rice is hot but tasty, and the lemon sauce Is amazing. Really good food, great price, worthy of 5 stars. Would rate as good as nandos for taste, chicken isn't quite as high quality but the taste is epic! And the portions are great. The boxes look small, but are like dr. Who's TARDIS. 1 rice box is good enough for 2.”
