“Visited as part of a birthday weekend away. I had found good reviews beforehand and decided to give it a go. It is quite an intimate setting with quirky decor which I loved. All the staff were attentive, helpful and very friendly! We both had the fillet steak and have never tasted a steak like it, it was cooked to perfection and what a flavour! The triple cooked chips were lovely too. There was a wait between courses and if you have no patience or want dinner in a flash then go to mcdonalds or some other cheap pub chain...this is all freshly cooked to order and more than worth the wait! We had Biscoff cheesecake for afters and that was absolutely delicious! I wouldn't hestitate to return, especially for a special occasion. It was a treat for us and I'm so glad I found this place and if we are in the area again we will definitely come for dinner! A++++”

“Great little restaurant. Food delicious, reasonably priced. We had the snug area for 4 of us and it was private and cosy. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I got the chorizo and egg skillet to start and the stick Asian chicken for my meal. Both amazing! Spent £40 each for a starter, main and 2 drinks each. Would recommend.”
