Customer Review Summary
Reviewers return most for the chicken curry and its curry sauce, with one calling the sauce the best around and another saying it was the nicest chicken curry in over 20 years. Peking duck is praised alongside it, and one reviewer suggests trying the salt and pepper ribs. A vegetarian diner found the veggie crispy "duck" so convincing they mistook it for real meat, and says there is plenty of choice without meat. Delivery draws repeated credit for fast arrival, piping hot food and large portions, and some customers order several times a month or drive over from Eastleigh. A few note the phone line takes a while to get through, which one puts down to how busy the shop is. The one sharply negative review describes slimy, rubbery chicken and mushrooms, tasteless bbq sauce, hard chips, and a sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style that did not taste as expected, though the chicken curry was fine. Several others say they have tried other Chinese takeaways in the area and nothing compares.
