“Interesting place at 10pm. Staff was super helpful in choosing something to eat. The Chapli Kebab is definitely the way to go. Spiced lamb crispy (at first I thought it was overdone, but no) patty on top of fluffy house made naan. Nice side salad with olives. Lamb? Kobeda was not so much to my taste/liking but the spice-scented rice with raisins and carrot strips was really good. Price point was really good, inexpensive. However I would rather pay more and get better meat. Again, Chapli is way to go. Cheap eats delivering on value and flavour.”

“Really disappointed with the whole chicken. The meat was extremely dry, tough and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time or reheated rather than freshly cooked. Parts under the skin had a strange yellow, dried-out texture which made it very unappetising. Overall the quality did not feel fresh at all and it all ended up in the bin.”

“Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to place an order for two chickens and rice, and I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting the 10 minutes, I arrived at the shop expecting my order to be prepared, but I was then made to wait another 40 minutes. During this time, there was only one other customer in the shop, so it wasn’t a case of them being overwhelmed or extremely busy. Waiting almost an hour in total for a simple order that was promised in 10 minutes is completely unacceptable. The lack of urgency and poor service was disappointing, and I would expect much better time management and customer service.”
