“It was a very quiet afternoon. Service was non existent. Very lovely host who sat us. But the waiting staff appointed to us was also covering the bar. The table was sticky, the decor is dated sauce and cobwebs all over the walls and dents , bashes and scratches all over the place. The food was sub standard. I am a BIG harvester fan, die hard some might say,but this is the 3rd visit to different venues and each time the service gets worse and the food is following suit. Also the salad cart , the USP for Harvester / M&B , is now usually soggy / brown/ sauces empty, bread ( if any there) is hard and cold, spoons from other pots swapped around generally messy. Such a shame, I was a proud harvester worker in my youth... Great to see the signatures are still there but please do better at keeping up standards and consistency. You are no longer a valued Family meal/ outing, and are competitive with other brands. I hope there is improvement across the business in general.”
