Customer Review Summary

The breakfast burrito is the most repeated draw. Reviewers point to the Hot Mess and the Richfields version, an English breakfast in a toasted wrap that one diner calls the most delicious they have had and another describes as filling and well balanced. Close behind is the eggs Benedict, praised for well cooked spinach, salmon and runny eggs, with the eggs benny and the Firey also singled out. Reviewers also name the Recovery smoothie of mango, pineapple, ginger and turmeric, the chai latte, a gingerbread latte, avocado, feta and poached egg on sourdough, and dirty fries and grated, pressed hashbrowns that one says are done properly. Staff are described as friendly and prompt, and the food as arriving hot and fresh. Dogs wandering in and out are part of the cosy atmosphere one reviewer describes. Complaints are few but specific. One diner found the wait a little long, one says the latte art needs practice, and another ordered the juice listed as fresh apple and orange and got bottled juice.

“A very lovely restaurant that has lovely staff. The colours remind me of Perry the Platypus which a fun, and there are nice corners that make the place feel snug. Very good value for the price because everything is actually done well. For example, I really liked how both sides of the sourdough bread was toasted before making the sandwich, and I liked how the jalapeños weren't raw in the dirty fries. I also really liked the hashbrowns because they are properly done, don't the pasted shaped and fried type, but the very good grated pressed and fried type. They also don't skimp on the oil, it's a fry up so of course it's indulgent. And finally, the fact the sides are half price when you get the meals means it was just over £10pp. The Google menu is out of date, the eat in and takeaway menu are now the same price. It's spennier than initially expected but for the quality I would come back occasionally when I'm really wanting a fried indulgent meal :)”

“What a refreshing, delicious experience and amazing atmosphere, reminds me of the cafés in Bali! My go-to is the Recovery smoothie (mango, pineapple, ginger, turmeric, lemon, and apple), perfect for after a gym session. The Hot Mess burrito is yummo and seriously filling too. Bonus: it’s only 4 minutes from home, so it’s become a regular spot for me. Highly recommend!”

“Everybody likes an English breakfast. Now, take that, do it properly, put it in a burrito wrap, toast it and you might be close to the most delicious breakfast burrito that I have ever had, the Richfields one!!! Unbeatable, seriously! Also loved the chai latte and the smoothies”
