Customer Review Summary

Reviewers most often single out the friendly, helpful staff and the food, with the vegan cheeseburger with slaw and crispy fries, the smashed avocado brunch and the tapas sets named specifically. Close behind are the Tropical Dream drink, a coconut latte, freshly squeezed orange juice and cookies with ice cream. Gluten free and vegetarian options get repeated mention, and one diner with allergies found ordering easy. The mismatched furniture and wall decor are described as relaxing, and one family liked the drawing materials and books for their young daughter. A large party praised the singer on a night out. The caveats are slowness and value. One reviewer waited a while for a drink that arrived in a small glass for the price, and described the floor as sticky. Another found service on the slower side. One parent describes a server fetching raising blocks so a son's wheelchair could fit under the table, then offering a side plate for his food.

“Frequently visit here and the food & service is always amazing. However today they went above and beyond….We met up with my uncle for breakfast with my son who is in a wheelchair. Matthew kindly got some raising blocks for the table so my son’s wheelchair could fit under the table. Then when we ordered our breakfasts, he then asked if we wanted a side plate for our son’s food as he doesn’t eat a lot and had some off of mine. This little things make going out with my son so much easier and such a lovely experience. Your staff are always so polite and happy and Matthew’s attention to customer service is second to none. Thank you to the whole team at Bosco & see you very soon.”

“Kinda like sitting in your nans house but the floor feels sticky! We came for just a drink. It took a while to get to us and was quite expensive considering the size of the glass that came. I've not tried the food here but they are part of a chain (all with different names though) and I've been to the one in Maidenhead, where the good is okay. I presume, given it's the same menu, the food will just be okay here too”
