  “Experience was amazing. We had two special birthdays here (50 and 18) and hosting was fantastic with amazing food, delicious drinks and a great party vibe (at our private hire event). Highly recommend Salty Olive, a great addition to Wokingham. From a pop-in lunch, to a cozy dinner, organised events and private hire it’s all brilliant and you’ll be taken care of by the Team. Highly recommended.”

  “I booked the salty olive for my sister's hen do and they were amazing! I was liaising with Kerris a lot with set menus and pre orders and she was very accomodating and patient with me. Then on the night, Susannah and the team were so nice and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed and even letting us put our own playlist on in the evening! The food was amazing, good portions for everyone and the set menu price was very reasonable. The aesthetics of the restaurant are also beautiful, very nicely decorated. Highly recommend the salty olive for parties like this or just for a meal. Thank you to everyone for making my sister's hen do so lovely! ☺️”

  “We visited The Salty Olive in Wokingham for their bottomless brunch and it was simply outstanding. The 90 minutes of flowing drinks paired perfectly with the delicious tapas - and the bottomless patatas bravas were a dream! The food felt incredibly authentic Spanish, with every dish full of flavour (the aubergine was my absolute favourite). The service was impeccable too - our glasses were never empty, and the team kept everything running smoothly throughout. We sat outside in the gorgeous spring sunshine, which made the whole experience even better. There was such a lovely, relaxed vibe from start to finish. I would highly recommend The Salty Olive - if you haven’t been yet, you really need to try it!”

  “Visited for the first time last night for my birthday meal with my partner. Every single member of staff was so welcoming and friendly. The choice of tapas dishes- hot and cold- is fantastic. We had the squid, mini burger, chorizo in red wine and chorizo croquettes. We loved the chorizo croquettes so much, we ordered a second lot! Everything was delicious and we liked the fact that the dishes came at different times, meaning you could order more if you needed to. Will definitely be coming back here!”

  “We attended on a weekday for a meal. The very young staff are absolutely attentive, polite, friendly and smiley. I didn't like the chicken burger. The beef burger was cooked better. The meatball was our favourite one. Tge waiting for the next dish was a little bit long. as we only finished 3 baby portion meals, as it should be as Tapas, our parking permit was ran out and we couldn't order dessert. We had 3 portions with two sof drinks. We would come back again and try other meals on the menu. If you are a massive eater type , think of your bill at the end. It worth it to try. it's a gorgeous well-decorated dinning area on the back, separated from bar area in the front of the cafe.”

  “I can’t thank Susannah and her team enough for the perfect evening venue for my wedding. The tapas food was out of this world, so delicious and the guest loved it. Everyone was catered for from vegan to gluten free. The area was decorated to a high standard and any extra things I wanted (sweetie stand, balloons and DJ) was not a problem. They really made our wedding have the wow factor. Susannah and team put a lot of time in to ensure I was happy before and during my wedding day. The vibe was beautiful and service during the wedding was amazing. They really made our day so special. Thank you Kim & Doug”
