“Don't not order from here, I am a regular customer and I have received an item that is not what it states on the menu. I have contacted Wongs directly and they won't do anything about it. There policy is NO REFUNDS, no matter what. No compassion, just shouting at me and put the phone down. AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!! that's my custom lost as well. “I walked into the place with my unfortunately disabled sister, who is in a wheelchair. The person greeting me walked up, as he was about to talk to me he saw me and my sister he immediately pointed at her and started laughing hysterically, she was so upset she hasnt talked in a week as she is also autistic, food was class tbf would recommend.”

“Just had one of the worst experiences of a Chinese takeaway. I ordered a Chicken Curry £11.30. It was handed to me immediately as it was just heated up. The food was disgusting so as I live close by I took it straight back and asked for a refund. This was refused outright The owners attitude was arrogant so we ended in an unfortunate shouting match. This is definitely the Wong place to eat.”
