Customer Review Summary
Crispy shredded meat is the dish reviewers raise most, and opinions split. One praises the crispy shredded chicken as insane, while two describe the crispy shredded beef as chewy and drenched in a greasy, bland sauce. Positive reviewers also name the chow mein, egg fried rice, ribs, spring rolls and pancake rolls, and mention quick delivery, a friendly family and good value. Complaints are more frequent, though. Chicken balls are called tough, chewy, greasy or tasteless by several diners, and prawn crackers are said to taste of flour or rancid oil. Others report salty salt and pepper king prawns, dried out sesame prawn toast, and chips that arrived warm rather than hot. Order mistakes recur too: yung chow fried rice came as egg fried rice, a wrong prawn dish arrived, and one order was forgotten. After one complaint about late, lukewarm food, the takeaway put a credit on the customer's account, and a wrong prawn dish was replaced shortly after delivery.

“Chips overdone and just fries not like normal Chinese chips. Chicken balls greasy and overcooked, can hardly bite in to them and very chewy”

“The best Chinese around, cannot beat it!! We’ve ordered here around 4 times now, before that we’d been searching for a good Chinese for years. Got recommended here and would never go anywhere else now. The crispy shredded chicken is insane😍as is the chow mein, egg fried rice, sauces, ribs, spring rolls, salt n pepper chips even down to the prawn crackers. Everything is 10/10, the best place around! Always quick delivery, so friendly and best of all the food quality is insane everytime.”

“Really not nice! This has been the worse Chinese we have ever had. Everything was drenched in disgusting tasting oil, the chicken was so tough and chewy, the prawn crackers tasted of nothing but rancid oil and went in the bin after we'd eaten two. All bland, clearly very cheap produce & anything deep fried hadn't been drained. We wish we'd spent a bit more and had gone to Top Wok in Parkstone! We won't be going back, ever.”

“Often order from here and always good until tonight 🤢 ordered yung chow fried rice and got egg fried rice 🙄 salt and pepper King prawns so salty they were inedible and god knows what they did to the spring rolls 🤮 disgusting inedible meal and a complete waste of money. Won't be back.”
