  “I've been to Kawaffle since they opened way back when, but I hadn't had a proper visit since finishing Uni. However, the Cherry Bakewell waffle they promoted on their Instagram tempted me back last weekend, and I can wholeheartedly say it did not disappoint!! My partner and I got a milkshake each too, and I can fully recommend salted caramel with banana to anyone who may like a shake that isn't too sweet to go with their waffle. Crossing all my fingers that the Cherry Bakewell stays as a constant on the menu rather than a monthly special, because if it does, I'll be making sure I'm a regular :P”

  “Fantastic vegan options at this local independent trader. Great value too, especially considering price of other places nowadays and what's even better is they don't charge any extra for plant-based milk/cheese etc, really wish more places would do this. Such a great menu for vegans and gluten/dairy-free folk too. All of the savoury options can be adapted for vegans, I had the Italian with vegan cheese, vegan ham, vegan mayo and vegan pesto, such a lovely flavour. Had to had have vegan biscoff milkshake with vegan ice cream and vegan cream on top too of course. So many different sweet and savoury food and drink options. All delicious. Best of all such lovely friendly service, there's a reason Kawaffle's still going strong in Plymouth Indoor Market. Please go support them so they're here forever-more 😋”

  “A little gem. All bubble waffles are gluten free. They have a good range of savory and sweet, andany vegan and dairy free options that are very filling. Staff where knowledgeable and helpful. It's tucked away in plymouth market with seating. It was a very pleasant place to sit and not overly crowded. We will visit again!”

  “I have been coming to Kawaffle sporadically for over 5 years. The staff are always polite, friendly and accommodating to those with food allergies and intolerances. They use a separate waffle maker for those who have a gluten and/or dairy allergy, or who are vegan. 🥰 The waffles are always DELICIOUS! 😍 They have a lot of different flavours and toppings (savoury and sweet waffles, hot drinks, milkshakes etc.). All at affordable prices! The venue is wheelchair user accessible and is located in the Plymouth Market Place (about a 5-10 walk, ride or drive from Drake Circus shopping centre). They have dining in and takeaway options. I highly recommend, and will return again! 🤗”

  “We had such a great experience! The bubble waffles not only looked incredible but tasted even better. They offer both standard and children’s sizes, which is perfect for little ones. I have dairy and gluten allergies, and they were more than happy to accommodate my needs – so appreciated! The staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel really welcome. Delicious food and fantastic service – highly recommend!”

  “Plymouth’s Hidden Dessert Gem: Kawaffle Bubble Waffles Are A Must-try!🧇🍫🍦 Hadn't visited Plymouth Market in couple of years, last week we stumbled upon Kawaffle, and treated ourselves. It was delicious! We had to come back with family for dessert. The waffle bar serves up freshly made bubble waffles with a selection of ice cream, sauces and toppings. We indulged in strawberries & cream waffles, choc-a-bloc waffle, Oreo/vanilla and chocolate milkshakes. Everything was DELICIOUS! Friendly, helpful staff, and quick service.   “absolutely phenomenal. came here after the fantastic kstreet and it was worth every penny. the waffles are made so perfectly with the savoury options being the right level of filling and the sweet options being an amazing way to finish a meal. the milkshake was also so lovely and their openness to make an adaptation for my needs was such a lovely touch and so thoughtful. the staff were so smiley and lovely, treating me with utmost kindness and respect. everything about this cute little spot is lush and i am so looking forward to regularly visiting and supporting this business to flourish. 5/5, i AM going to repeatedly visit again and again and again!!”

  “Absolutely brilliant! I have a gluten and dairy allergy, and could actually have a proper waffle!! It was absolutely delicious and the guys serving were super friendly. My boyfriends ‘normal’ savoury one looked really really good too. Will definitely visit again when we are back in the area”

  “My favourite place ever!! The best service for anyone with any dietary restrictions or even anyone that doesn’t have them!! All waffles and milkshakes are delicious!! Try the waffle special of the month!! I recommend especially for people who are gluten free/coeliac!”

  “The tastiest waffles ever! I’ve had both savoury and sweet waffles here, along with milkshakes, and I have NEVER been disappointed! I cannot believe how cheap they are as the quality is outstanding and they’re so big!! They always look exactly as they do on the Instagram photos - perfection! Being vegan and GF I have never found a bubble waffle establishment that caters for me, however the staff here go above and beyond and I always feel so safe knowing how knowledgeable they are with allergies and intolerances. They will also cater to whatever you like, so if you prefer crispier waffles then they’ll happily do that for you! 10/10!!”
