“First time ordering from here and unfortunately not a great experience. I ordered a pizza on a Tuesday and later discovered it was their two-for-one pizza night. This wasn’t mentioned when I placed the order. When I queried it afterwards, I was told that because I only ordered one pizza, I would only receive one — even though the offer was buy one get one free. I called again the following evening and was told this is simply how they operate: they run offers, but if customers don’t ask for them specifically, they don’t apply them. In my opinion that’s poor customer service. If promotions are running on certain nights, customers — especially first-time customers — should be told when ordering”

“Ordered half an hour before closing, pizza was wet in the middle from being overloaded and not cooked long enough, and the garlic bread was over cooked to the extent is was now a biscuit (see pics). I paid £25.80 for the hassle of having to re cook the pizza in the oven and throwing the garlic bread in the bin. Bit disappointing as it normally good here.”

“Everything is so good, pizza is amazing! The fries aren’t soggy, they are crispy, the popcorn chicken was so yummy! Overall, 100 out of 10”

“We've been using Premier for years, the pizza is great but the customer service is shocking. The attitude from the woman on the phone makes you not want to order, and when you collect its like they can't be bothered to be there. It's at the point now where we're just going to go somewhere else.”

“This place is wonderful, better than any other pizza takeaway. Love BBQ pizza and always have a side of curly fries. The base is nice and doesn’t dry out. For people not a fan of pizza there are alternatives too. Give a good timing for how long pizzas will take. Very popular so I would always call as soon as it opens. Best takeaway in Whittlesey. Truly deserves 5 stars.”

“Absolutely delicious food! No complains what so ever! The staff are very helpful & polite when ordering. Very welcoming when in store for collection and when we have the odd delivery we are always approached respectfully by the delivery driver No complains what so ever, highly recommend!”

“Normally, the pizzas are great, but today they were nowhere near up to standard today. The young lady who answered the phone didn't know the road I live on despite the fact that it's the main road through town, and that I order from them once a month or so. With a different delivery guy, I have to wonder if there's been a change of staff.”

“We’ve been using this Pizza place for at least 20 years, the past 2-3 times have been awful. Just trying to order is a mission, Not answering the phone or taking it off the hook! Pizza that’s too doughy, over cooked on the bottom and raw on top. We tried again, gave them the benefit of the doubt after all, they are always busy. But tonight’s order was just a massively disappointing, the pizza was the usual tasty standard but NO TOPPINGS, we asked for pepperoni - not one piece! So calling up to explain the situation, telling them that pepperoni was on the order note, where the hell is it?? They tell us they ran out of pepperoni, I mean a pizza place runs out of pepperoni on the weekend???!! The most infuriating part is, not once did they ring back to explain or tell us when the pizza was delivered, no explanation, no apology, no offering to reduce the price. They just gave the pizza and expected us to accept it. Customer service points - 0 hangry is an understatement. It will be a while before I get over my pepperoniless pizza!!!”

“I ordered from here twice in a week. The first time I received the wrong pizza. When I phoned up they were very apologetic and offered to send me out a fresh pizza, but as it was a delivery to Coates and it had already taken an hour (which they said it would, it was not late) I said I would keep the pizza I had, it was the same size and price as what I ordered and it looked pretty good. The majority of it was very good but about a quarter of the base was a little burnt on the bottom. It was also a little cold, but I thought maybe it was something to do with it being the wrong pizza, it could have been sat in the shop a little while. The second order I received the correct order and it was delicious, cooked well, but still a little cold. The pizzas were good but in future I will not get them delivered, I will pick them up so that they are still hot.”
