  “I had the steak and sticky - Steak was over cooked but ok and ribs really tasty but the potatoes were gritty and horrible. No atmosphere to note and didn’t have the beer I wanted! Service was friendly and quick and removed the cost of potatoes”

  “What an amazing place!!! My boyfriend and myself was wondering around Peterborough trying to find somewhere to eat with preferably an outdoor area. And we've found you guys!!! A perfect ambience, perfect food....well....perfect everything! A special thanks to Alexa, who was a very attentive host.... literally perfect:) And special thanks to chef Mateujz!   “The last few times me and my family have been we have the most amazing experience the staff are outstanding Ivan is the host with the most from engaging the adults to the son he’s energetic presence is welcoming and genuine! honestly the best place to eat and drink food was outstanding and a bonus kids eat free!!!!! Thank you Ivan and team you’ve made a family wanting to return time after time ☺️”

  “We stayed in Peterborough for the Easter weekend, and noticed the A board outside Middletons advertising Sunday lunch. When back at our hotel we booked a table online. On arrival we were able to choose a table, and given time to select from the menu. Our meals - 2 Sunday Roasts and 1 steak and frites - were absolutely outstanding! Everything - meat and vegetables - was cooked perfectly. We all enjoyed our meals and sadly had no room for desserts! We are happy to recommend and will seek out branches in other towns closer to home. Well done and thank you to the staff.”

  “We have had a choir Christmas meal at Middletons. Accommodating 57 guests what an amazing experience. The staff were amazing, the young man was entertaining and the team were attentive and accommodating. The food was lovely, cooked well and hot. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, We will be back”

  “To be fair, I called in late just before they were closing and I am probably not the demographic for the restaurant - it’s more open and cafe style restaurant - by this, maybe appeals to the younger crowed. However the fish was very nice (cooked in paper) and the pork appetizer was nicely prepared. The staff was busy closing and cleaning so service for me was limited and I had to go to the counter to get my check, perhaps management needs to focus on training here about customer attention. However the staff were pleasant and upbeat and when you got their attention, helpful.”

  “We were a large group and they were happy to accommodate us on short notice. The food was delicious, steak cooked to perfection. Our waitress was lovely and we had a good laugh with her. Great atmosphere and although it was a Tues evening it was quite busy, but not noisy. Would've been nice to see a surf and turf on the menu with lobster though! Pudding was nice, but would've liked the creme brulee warm.”
