Customer Review Summary
Quick, friendly service is what the more positive reviewers return to, with one praising a team member who answered every question alone during a busy rush and another calling the staff super fast. The rice box meal is the standout dish for one reviewer, who describes a fresh salad, tasty rice and a nice chicken fillet, followed by delicious cookies. Another liked the variety lunch box for a quick hunger fix. A couple more call the food good value and the restaurant welcoming and clean. The complaints centre on food quality. Fries arrived cold, chicken was described as soggy or dry, and one delivery turned up stone cold. One reviewer received a pickle chicken burger with only two gherkin slices, some burnt bits and mayo on one side, and says staff were unfriendly and would not change it. A delivery customer got a rice box and fries instead of two burger meals and asked for a replacement or refund. Another was refused dine-in at 10pm because staff had just cleaned.

“Despite arriving at 10pm we were told we couldn’t dine in because they’d just cleaned. Opening hours say 11pm but staff weren’t helpful. Dry chicken, shoddy staff and won’t return.”

“Fries were cold when served. Lots of portions on warmer whilst restaurant was empty. Pickle chicken burger that was ordered would have been nice on flavour but when you are presented with a pickled filled burger consisting of 2 pieces of gherkin. Some burnt bits and mayo on one side instead of both. Staff were unfriendly and didn't want to change any of it.”
