Customer Review Summary
Reviewers mostly praise authentic, flavourful Thai cooking, led by charcoal-grilled moo-ping pork skewers and a green curry described as properly spicy rather than sugary. Close behind are the crab fried rice, the Choo cho salmon, and a coconut soup and rice with vegetables and beef that tasted fresh. Several mention large portions, and one singles out the Thai iced tea as a lovely flavour. Staff get friendly marks, and one diner notes food arrived quickly, though another found service somewhat rushed. The complaints centre on noodle and stir-fry dishes. The pad Thai draws mixed verdicts: one reviewer found the seafood version bland with chewy calamari, another said it lacked depth, and a third liked the chicken version. A phat kaphrao arrived with sparse basil and a muted taste. One diner called the tea a plain sachet with boiling water and no lemon, and another objected to the server rounding the bill up.

“This place is the real deal. As soon as the “moo-ping” (bbq pork skewers) were on the table I could immediately tell they had been grilled over charcoal. This place doesn't cut corners! The green curry was authentically spicy and not the sugary soup you find from most places. We over ordered and everything was excellent. Service and decor are top notch as well. อร่อยทุกอย่าง คอนเฟิร์มค่ะ😋”

“Amazing food, drinks and service. They have been running for over 30 years and the reason is because they are hands down the best Thai restaurant in Oxford”

“The overall atmosphere was okay, the seafood pad Thai was quite bland with some incredibly chewy calamari, the beef was okay, nice sauce but quite chewy. What felt a bit extra meh was the fact that even tho the experience was meh the server proceeded to round the payment to £60 even tho the whole total was £57, now I understand this is marginal, but with the food being as mid as it was, this type of penny pinching leaves me with no desire to return.”
