Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise fresh, flavourful food cooked in front of them, with the king prawn Singapore noodles and the chicken vermicelli noodles named as favourites. One diner calls the chicken katsu curry the best they have had, though they liked a friend's fried rice even more, and another calls the gyoza a rockin good snack. Halal options come up repeatedly, along with generous portions, reasonable prices and quick service that suits a lunch break, with the shop set inside the co-op. Staff and the owner are described as friendly, lovely and helpful. The complaints are specific. One reviewer says the setup inside the co-op lacks a wok and real fire, which hurts the flavour compared with the earlier outdoor market stall. Another holds back from ordering more often because the food still comes in plastic containers. Several say they would recommend a visit, and one mentions being handed a complimentary soup sample and crackers.

“Used to love these guys when they came to the short-lived outdoor market. Keen move going inside the coop, but the set up lacks fire, lacks a wok and that impacts the flavour. Gyoza are still a rockin good snack!”

“The food is perfectly cooked. The flavors are fresh and flavorful. The right balance of flavour and spice of the spicier food is amazing. The service is quick and friendly, making it great for a nice lunch. If you’re in the mood for comforting, flavorful food it's definitely worth a visit.”
